Directed the educational activities of the college Cooperated with the Executive Vice President in the administration of the Academic budget Developed departmental objectives that are consistent with the college s Objectives Strategically planned for continuous improvement of the first year experience and overall campus retention Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN ( ) Director of University Division ( ) Supervised, planned and directed all aspects of University Division which provided academic advising and programming for all undergraduate students (approximately 3000) until they were accepted into their majors. Served as Athletic Advisor and mentor for struggling athletes.
