Responsibilities included: group therapy, activity therapy, program development, adventure programming. Program Assistant. (Sept Jan. 1993) Honey Creek Christian Services. Assisted in the development and implementation of Adventure Based Challenge Program working with residential youth, corporate groups, agency treatment teams, church groups, and specialized treatment groups for adult children of dysfunctional families. Youth Counselor, Activity Therapist, Family Therapist. (Sept March, 1991) Honey Creek Christian Services. Role shift reflects movement from bachelor s to master s degree. Initially started as a youth counselor, then an activity therapist responsible for activity scheduling, individual and group therapy. Family therapist role included all the above as well as family therapy.
