Yu can create a web-based mbile app by linking t a published Jadu Data Platfrm Directry frm the Weejt App Studi. Fr example, if an administratr has created a Directry called Accmmdatin listing all prperties by area and pstcde, an app can easily be created thrugh simply pinting t the crrect data directry and assigning an icn. The result is a mbile app published via Weejt that lists all accmmdatin and details f individual recrds such as name, lcatin, capacity, rental csts and a map lcatin (using Ggle Maps). Accessibility Jadu Data Platfrm brwser templates are designed t deliver cntent which meets the WCAG 2.0 AA standard fr web accessibility. Technical verview Open standards Jadu Data Platfrms use a number f pen standards. Cntent is delivered ver standard web prtcls using HTML and CSS, and is designed t cmply with WAI WCAG standards fr accessibility. Cntent syndicatin is facilitated thrugh the MyJadu API, which delivers cntent ver a RESTful interface. In cnjunctin with user registratin, custmers can be allwed t apply fr a public API key, furthering an rganisatin s Open Data agenda. Styling The Stylesheets element f the service allws yu t change the lk and feel f all cntent delivered thrugh the data platfrm service r specific Directries using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). An advanced understanding f CSS is required t edit r create suitable stylesheets fr use with the Web r Kisk based view f yur cntent. Jadu Universe Clud Services: G-Clud 6 3

5 Jadu can prvide custm design and template build thrugh Jadu s G-Clud design services. Client side requirements Yur custmers will access Jadu Data Platfrm ver an Internet cnnectin, using the web brwser n their preferred device. These are the nly client-side requirements fr yur custmers; n brwser plugins r additinal client sftware are required by the custmer t view data held with Jadu data platfrm. Administrative access t the Cntrl Centre, fr service management, is als via a web brwser ver an Internet cnnectin. There is n requirement fr brwser plug-ins r additinal client sftware, and the fllwing web brwsers are supprted: Internet Explrer 7 t 10 Firefx 3 and abve Ggle Chrme (current versin) Sme features f the Cntrl Centre may nt be available in ther brwsers. Supprt Jadu Data Platfrm is supprted thrugh Jadu's nline service desk, supprt.jadu, which prvides a direct rute t raise prblems, issues and technical questins with Jadu's supprt team. Users can submit, priritise and track supprt queries nline, with full real-time reprting and audit trail. Tickets can be cmmented n and clsed by users when suitable. Supprt.jadu is available 24/7, with respnse times varying accrding t issue severity. Full details f supprt service levels are given in the supprt SLA. Additinal subscriber resurces are als available in the frm f user manuals, vide tutrials, recrded webinars, API dcumentatin, technlgy annuncements and Jadu Data Platfrm service updates. The Jadu service desk can be used by any rganisatin hlding a subscriptin, which includes third parties acting n behalf f anther rganisatin. Accreditatins Jadu are accredited with ISO fr infrmatin security and have a rbust rganisatin-wide Infrmatin Security Management System. The ISO accreditatin is subject t cntinuus review and a prgramme f bth internal and external audits t ensure n-ging cmpliance. Jadu Universe Clud Services: G-Clud 6 4

6 Data and infrmatin management is cmpliant with the EU Data Prtectin Directive and makes prvisin fr the plicy recmmendatins f the Safe Harbur agreement in terms f ntificatin f data gathering and data integrity and security assurance. All data stred in Jadu s secure clud is lcated within the UK. Pricing The Jadu Data Platfrm is available by mnthly subscriptin. The minimum term fr the Jadu Data Platfrm service is six mnths, fr which a subscriptin will be payable in advance. 7 Service management Jadu Universe Data Platfrm subscriptin-based mdel remves impractical barriers and ffers flexibility in terms f service initiatin and terminatin. On-barding: t sign up t Jadu Data Platfrm, please cntact Jadu. On receipt f an rder, yur service can be available in as little as 24 hurs, depending n yur cnfiguratin requirements Prvisining additinal service plans: yu can add additinal Jadu Universe service plans t an existing accunt at any time. Yu can pt fr individual billing fr each service plan, r fr aggregated billing fr all service plans Ordering and invicing prcess: yur mnthly subscriptin is billed in advance, n a 6- r 12-mnth cycle. Yu will need t supply a Purchase Order number; yu will then be inviced fr yur mnthly subscriptin, with payment due within 30 days by bank transfer Off-barding: yu can cancel individual service plans at any time. When yu d this, yur Jadu Universe-pwered website becmes unavailable immediately all web cntent is taken ffline and n further usage r subscriptin charges will apply. Yu will have access t yur Jadu Cntrl Centre, fr cntent exprt purpses nly, fr a further 30 days, fllwing which all cntent will be deleted permanently Jadu Universe Clud Services: G-Clud 6 6

8 Hsting infrastructure and data security The Jadu Universe Data Platfrm service is hsted n Jadu's leased clud infrastructure at a Tier 3 UK data centre. The data centre is SAS 70 Type II certified, making it ne f the mst reliable and secure in the wrld. This enables Jadu t guarantee 99.9% service uptime, whilst all data is stred within UK shres at all times (including prductin, disaster recvery and backups). 24/7/365 staffed technical supprt with 3-hur guaranteed respnse time 1 hur hardware replacement guarantee Staffed intrusin detectin system Hardware firewall Hardware lad balancer Expansin t additinal servers as and when necessary Technical supprt and applicatin supprt Jadu Supprt is included within the Jadu Universe Data Platfrm service agreement, and guarantees the applicatin against any sftware related-defects. Cnnectivity and netwrk capacity Internet cnnectivity is prvided via multiple links t Tier 1 bandwidth prviders, which enables us t guarantee 99.9% service availability. Data centre security Multiple levels f security are emplyed in rder t ensure that nly data centre Operatins Engineers are allwed physical access t ruters, switches and servers. Anti-virus prtectin Sphs, a managed anti-virus slutin, prvides real-time prtectin against viruses, wrms, trjans, spyware, malicius behaviur and rt kits, with autmatic updates t ensure prtectin against the very latest threats. 9 Sftware security with intrusin detectin An Alert Lgic Intrusin Detectin System (IDS) is the first line f defence frm unauthrised malicius netwrk activity. The IDS is a netwrk-based system that cnstantly mnitrs server netwrk cnnectins t detect malicius activity. Business cntinuity Backup/restre Business cntinuity is prvided thrugh a dedicated disaster recvery service alngside security reprting infrmatin that mitigates against the risk f a failure in the service and prvides resilient and rbust cntingency fr rapid disaster recvery. Back-up services ensure that a cmplete cpy f yur accunt data is stred fr retrieval at any time, ensuring an instance is available during a disaster event. Backups are taken daily and restred n a backup clud infrastructure in the ccurrence f a disaster event. Backups are made daily (incremental) and weekly (ffsite) as standard. Fail ver In the event f a disaster, a manual verify and activate fail ver prcedure will take place t a gegraphically separate Disaster Recvery envirnment.
