2 New Features, Bug Fixes, and Updates in Versin 3.6 New Features Scheduling Utility fr Reprt Generatin The RedClud Scheduling Utility allws fr reprts t be scheduled ne-time r n a recurring basis. Scheduled reprts can be utput t either CSV r PDF frmats. Tw Persn Cntrl fr Handling Alarm Activity RedClud SMS 3.6 supprts an advanced tw persn checks and balances mechanism fr handling alarm activity. When enfrced, the tw persn cntrl fr clearing alarms ensures that the peratr that acknwledges an alarm cannt be the same peratr that clears the alarm frm the RedClud Alarm Mnitr. Ggle Chrme Web Brwser Supprt RedClud SMS 3.6 fully supprts the Ggle Chrme web brwser platfrm. RedClud applicatins can nw be accessed via the Mzilla Firefx, Ggle Chrme, Micrsft Internet Explrer, and Apple Safari web brwsers. New UI Based Audit Infrmatin Activity Audit tabs are nw available n the Identity, Rles, Access Grups, and Grups pages that display an n-line reprt f the mst recent transactin activity arund thse elements. Nte that Image Capture, Pht Uplad/Edit, and Grup Edit changes d nt reprt in the Identity Audit Tab. Run Nw Buttn fr Cllabratins RedClud SMS 3.6 prvides a Run Nw buttn n the Cllabratin listing page, allwing System Administratrs t execute a pre-cnfigured cllabratin n demand withut affecting the next scheduled time fr the cllabratin t execute. REST API Expansin Includes User Defined Field Supprt RedClud s REST based API has been expanded t include Identity User Defined Fields. This allws 3 rd party applicatin develpers t add, mdify, delete, and share user defined identity infrmatin as part f the Identity recrd. Searchable Alarm Ntes Transactin queries and reprting fr the Alarms Reprt, Access Grant Reprt, and Transactin Reprt nw include alarm ntes as a searchable /filterable field. Exprt Alarm Events based n Searchable Ntes RedClud SMS gives custmers the ptin t exprt events based n search criteria fr Alarm Respnse Ntes. The utputted cntent includes the alarm event, acknwledge actin, clear actin, and any entered alarm ntes. Operatr Generated Access Grant Audit Reprt RedClud SMS 3.6 includes a new Operatr Generated Access Grant Audit Reprt. This reprt shws all access grant activity that was generated by a System Operatr and includes the system peratr that generated the transactin, applicable dr, and time stamp.

3 Status Message Bar fr Systems that have nt Accepted the End User License Agreement RedClud SMS 3.6 includes a status indicatr t remind custmers that they need t accept the RedClud End User License Agreement in rder t enable full functinality f the prduct. System Cnfiguratin and Administratin Related Fixes and Updates Crrected issue whereby the Time Bxes fr Active and Inactive Time in the Schedules Page were t small t display the minute number. Crrected issue whereby a newly added Rle might nt be available fr Event Ruting use until midnight f the day the Rle was added. Crrected issue whereby a Rails errr wuld ccur when attempting t add a Rle t an Identity that has ther rles assigned that cannt be seen due t partitining. The Appliance, Panel, Subpanel, and Dr links at the tp f the Input and Reader Edit screens nw link crrectly t the apprpriate pages. When un-assigning field hardware, specifically subpanels, address naming nw returns t their default values. Crrected issue in the system licensing whereby the Dr Cunt was ff by 1 dr. The system nw prevents mre than 255 Access Grups t be cnfigured fr a given panel. Subpanel Input Output srting is nw based n device address. Lcal Event creatin fr panels, subpanels and inputs events nw wrk prperly. Crrected a backend memry leak caused by running a database backup. Crrected issue related t Windws Share backups whereby the File List buttn culd nt cnnect t the share t see backup files. Advanced Search fr Tkens in the Glbal Linkages sectin nw wrks prperly. Identity Related Fixes and Updates Updated the srting criteria fr Identities t srt alphabetically by Last Name, then First Name, the Middle Initial. The Default Tken Expiratin Date setting nw wrks prperly. Imprved the underlying architecture used when many Rles that share similar Access Grups are assigned t an Identity. Crrected issue whereby a Rails errr wuld ccur if any cmbinatin f characters were used in the Search Value field f the Identity Advanced Search withut als selecting a search field frm the drpdwn.

4 The system nw shws the crrect UTC ffset fr Identity Last Access fr bth Identity and Tken when the peratr has enabled the UTC ffset. The system nw enfrces a maximum f 255 Schedules that can be created. Crrected issue whereby an Identity search with empty string criteria fr First and/r Last Name wuld generate a Rails errr when mving t the next page f results. The Identity Screen nw enfrces the External Systems ID field as a unique field. Crrected issue whereby a Rails errr wuld ccur if External System ID cntained the special characters (, ), r /. External System ID Validatin nw wrks crrectly. All Identity User List items are nw srted alphabetically. Reprt Related Fixes and Updates The Dr Access Reprt nw can utput t a PDF frmat. Crrected issue whereby a Rails errr wuld ccur if the Event Type Name parameter was used in cnjunctin with ther parameters in the Transactin Reprt. The Run Quick Reprt link in Custm Reprts nw displays the prper save parameters. Tkens that d nt have a deactivatin date r the Never Expire checkbx enabled n lnger cause errrs in the Tken Reprt and nw display crrectly withut shwing Deactivate data. The Event Reprt n the Dr Edit Screen n lnger generates a Rails Errr Crrected issue whereby if the date picker fr the Issue Date, Active Date, r Deactive Date parameter selectins fr the Tken Reprt is nt used and the leading zeres were nt used (07/01/2012), then the PDF reprt wuld generate a rails errr. The Ruting Reprt nw wrks prperly frm the Ruting Grups page. The Grups Reprt nw wrks prperly when run frm the Plicies page. The User Defined Field List Standard Reprt nw wrks prperly frm the User Defined Fields page. The Vide Cameras Device Links Reprt nw shws device linkages fr IP cameras. The Identities Standard Reprt nw wrks crrectly with Internet Explrer 8. Crrected issue whereby If a user creates a Custm reprt by checking the cpy checkbx n reprt edit page fr Audit, Transactin r Alarm standard reprt and changes the name f the custm reprt such that it des nt have 'Audit', 'Transactin' r 'Alarm' in it, then the Custm Reprt Listing screen will display incrrect infrmatin. Dr Icns placed n a map that subsequently have their assigned Dr deleted frm the system will als be remved frm any maps n which the dr was present.

5 Crrected issue in User Audit and System Reprts whereby if the Surce Alternate Name and Lcatin are bth in use, thse fields were swapped in the utputted reprt. The Hliday Reprt Date Filters nw wrk crrectly. The Appliance Filter nw wrks crrectly fr the Panel Reprt, Dr Access Reprt, Dr Cnfiguratin Reprt, and Cllabratin Reprt. The Dr Access Reprt and Standard Dr Reprt PDF utputs are nw wrking crrectly. The Never Expires attribute fr tken is nw cnfigured crrectly in the backend when the attribute is imprted via a cllabratin. The system will nw generate an errr message when a user enters an invalid date frmat when running reprts. Crrected issue whereby a running a PDF versin f the Camera Reprt wuld return a Rails errr. Splunk is n lnger required t cllect all transactin activity in a ht standby envirnment. The system nw replicates events between primary and ht standby pairs internally. Cllabratin Related Fixes and Updates Acknwledgements, Clears, and Ntes infrmatin can nw be included as part f event cllabratins. SQL Server Identity Cllabratins nw can cnnect via a SQL Server Instance Name. Replicatin and Redundancy Related Fixes and Updates Imprved transactin architecture fr ht standby implementatins such that all events replicate t the backup appliance while it is nline with the primary appliance. Map Backgrunds can nw displayed acrss multiple Appliances regardless f the riginal appliance n which is was created Crrected issue whereby a timeut in calls t update replicatin culd delete the replicatin cnfiguratin. Digital Vide Related Fixes and Updates Crrected issue whereby Avigiln Camera assciatins wuld be deleted n a versin upgrade. Knwn Issues Image Capture n the Apple Safari Web Brwser Platfrm currently des nt wrk. Image Capture is wrking prperly n the Mzilla Firefx and Internet Explrer platfrms. The Audit Reprt, Dr Access Reprt, and Transactin Reprt are limited t returning 2500 recrds. Applying filters is recmmended when running these reprts t return the specific data required. The Badge Preview functin in Identities displays pr reslutin f the badge layut. Hwever, a high reslutin badge is crrectly printed during the printing prcess.
