Make sure t put yur Student ID# n the mem f yur check. If yu re paying fr a citatin, put yur citatin # n the mem f yur check. If yu dn t knw yur citatin #, put yur license plate #. If requested, a written receipt will be prvided. Yur payment will be prcessed by the end f the next business day. Yur payment is nt cnsidered late if it is depsited in the drp bx by the due date. 17 UWT Tuitin Payment Plan Hw des it wrk: The Tuitin payment plan ptin allws students t pay their quarterly tuitin in three installments. A new enrllment frm must be submitted each quarter. Hw much des it cst: A $25 service fee is added t yur student accunt and is due with yur first payment. Payment Plan Due Dates: Due dates are always the first, third and fifth Fridays f the quarter. If the initial payment is nt received by the first due date, yu will nt be accepted int the prgram. The remaining tw payments are each subject t a $55 late fee, if they are nt made n time. 17

20 Guidelines: UWT Tuitin Payment Plan Guidelines Payments are t be made in three installments during the current quarter. Due dates are the first, third and fifth Fridays f the quarter. $25 Service Fee due with the first payment. Each late payment is subject t a $55 late fee. 21 Student Purchasing a U-PASS? Up t and n the 7th Calendar Day f the Quarter: Students pt int the U-PASS prgram thrugh the Optinal Charges tab via MyUW befre registering. Yu can change yur U-PASS selectin thrugh yur MyUW accunt up t the 7th calendar day f the quarter (including weekends and hlidays) by cmpleting the fllwing steps: 1. Lg nt yur MyUW 2. G the "Student Finances" tab (lcated in the left hand side). Click n "Health Insurance/Optinal Charges". Yu shuld then see language abut purchasing a U-PASS. If yu wuld like ne, select yes. After the 7th Day f the Quarter Yu cannt pt ut f the U-PASS prgram after the 7th day f the quarter (including weekends and hlidays). Students wh did nt pt int the U-PASS prgram and want t purchase ne after the 7th day f the quarter can d s thru the nline student U-PASS rder frm. Paying fr yur U-PASS The $45 charge fr yur U-PASS will pst t yur student accunt and is due at the time f the UW tuitin deadline. Pay yur balance fr FREE ONLINE by lgging int yur MyUW accunt and selecting the web check ptin (will need checking accunt and ruting number) r at the Cashier s Office lcated in Carltn 400. If yu d nt pay fr yur U-PASS by the specified tuitin payment due date, yu may be assessed a late payment fee. 21
