2 OCEAN REEF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Business Requirements fr Ocean Reef Office (305) Fax (305) All cmpanies are required t prvide the fllwing dcumentatin t the Welcme Center in rder t register and be authrized t wrk n prperty. 1. Liability Insurance in the amunt f $1,000, The insurance frm must list the fllwing certificate hlder: Ocean Reef Cmmunity Assciatin Attn: Welcme Center 24 Dckside Lane, Bx 505 Key Larg, Flrida Waivers t the insurance requirements may be granted n a case by case basis. Fr further infrmatin cntact the Welcme Center. 2. Required dcuments fr business based in Mnre Cunty: State License, State Registratin, Mnre Cunty Lcal Business Tax fr yur business and Mnre Cunty Certificate f Cmpetency in yur specific field. (Nte: If there is nt a specific license in yur career field, yu are nt respnsible fr this requirement. Als if yur business is nt state registered, yu must prvide a Mnre Cunty Lcal Business Tax.) 3. Required dcuments fr business based utside Mnre Cunty: State License, State Registratin, Cunty Lcal Business Tax frm the cunty that the business is registered in, Cunty Certificate f Cmpetency in yur specific field and register yur business with the Department f Business and Prfessinal Regulatin (DBPR) in Mnre Cunty. (Nte: If there is nt a specific license in yur career field, yu are nt respnsible fr this requirement.) 4. Prf f Wrker s Cmpensatin which list Ocean Reef Cmmunity Assciatin as the Certificate Hlder, in accrdance with state law. Annual Ocean Reef Business Fee: $ fr businesses that are Off-Site Cmpanies. $ fr businesses that are On-Site Cmpanies but with less then 3 emplyees. $ fr businesses that are On-Site Cmpanies but have mre then 4 emplyees. * Business Assciatin fee are due by June 1 st f each year. Yu may mail yur payment t the Welcme Center r pay in persn. * Ocean Reef Chamber f Cmmerce members receive a 20% discunt. Sleeveless Shirts are nt authrized when entering Ocean Reef r at the wrk site. 2. The fllwing hurs are the nly hurs authrized fr cntractrs t wrk: In-Seasn: Nvember 1 May 16 Mnday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm Saturday: Cntractrs are nt authrized t wrk n Saturday. Nte: Emplyees are authrized t enter the prperty at 7:45am, but are nt Authrized t cmmence wrk until 8:00am Off Seasn May 17 Octber 31 Mnday Saturday 7:00am 6:00pm Nte: Emplyees are authrized t enter the prperty at 7:00am and cmmence wrk immediately. 3. Per ORCA n wrk is authrized n Hlidays. Hliday schedule will be psted fr authrized hurs leading t a specific hliday. 4. N deliveries are authrized fr Sundays, n exceptins. 5. Everyne entering the prperty in a vehicle r walking in by ft fr mtrcycle rider must swipe their assigned ORCA ID card at the Frnt Gate when entering the prperty. 6. Per ORCA, n lud radis are authrized at any jb site. 7. Per ORCA, n vehicle may park in the street where the jb site is lcated at. 8. Authrized speed limit n Ocean Reef is 25mph, except in designated areas which the speed limit is 15 mph. Any vehicle caught ver the authrized speed limit will receive a ticket. 9. Per ORCA, n trash may be brught n the prperty in trucks r trailers. 10. Per ORCA, N cmpany r individual may Slicit business n Ocean Reef prperty. 11. All vehicles entering the prperty either cmpany r persnal must btain a Parking Decal frm the Welcme Center. 12. All Cntractrs will be respnsible t assure that the fllwing dcuments are updated and current at the Welcme Center: Insurance (Liability, Wrker s Cmp and Aut Insurance), State License and Cunty Business Tax. Cmpany Supervisr list, current emplyee rster and cmpany cntact list. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION FOR THE DAY AND CONTINUOUS VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN A PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF THE COMPANY

5 Ocean Reef Public Safety Welcme Center Prcedures fr I.D. Cards, Temprary Day Pass, Parking Decals and Vehicle Signage O.R.C.A. Annual I.D. Card Any individual that will be representing any cmpany and wrking n prperty fr mre then 10 days in a given year will be required t btain an O.R.C.A. ID. Card. The I.D. card will be valid fr ne year frm the time it is issued and wuld have t be renewed annually after the first year. Requirements fr an O.R.C.A. ID Card: A request frm fr an Annual O.R.C.A. ID card must be cmpleted in its entirety. A valid State Drive s License r Identificatin Card must be presented t the Welcme Center staff s a cpy can be made. A valid Scial Security Card must be presented t the Welcme Center staff s a cpy can be made. A valid Emplyment Authrizatin Card must be presented t the Welcme Center staff s a cpy can be made, if applicable. An American Passprt r a valid passprt frm anther cuntry can be used, but it must have a valid U.S. Visa stamped in the passprt. Restrictin f O.R.C.A. ID Card: All O.R.C.A. ID cards will have a specific time zne as t when they are authrized t enter the prperty. Only the individual wh name is shwn n the ID card is authrized t use the card t enter the prperty. All cards are the prperty f Ocean Reef Cmmunity Assciatin and must be returned t the Welcme Center upn end f emplyment. All cmpleted request frms fr Annual ID cards turned int the Welcme Center will nly be valid fr 90 days (3 mnths). If an individual fails t pick up the card within the time limit then a new frm must be submitted and paid fr again. Temprary Day Pass A temprary day pass is a pass that can be btained fr an individual t assist n a jb site. The temprary day pass is nly valid fr 10 days frm the initial date issued per year. The fllwing requirements are needed t have a temprary day pass issued: An authrized agent (Owner r Supervisr) must be the ne t sign fr the individual. This infrmatin is btained frm the Cmpany s Supervisr List frm. A request fr Temprary Day Pass frm must be cmpleted and endrsed by the authrized agent. The individual btaining the temprary day pass must have ne f the fllwing identificatin present t btain the pass: A valid state driver s license r identificatin card A U.S. Passprt r U.S. Military Card. A valid freign Passprt will be accepted. A valid Cnsulate Card frm a freign cuntry. All ther frms f ID will nt be authrized and a temprary day pass will nt be issued. Parking Decals A vehicles (Cmmercial r Persnal) entering the prperty must have a parking decal attached t the frnt windshield n the driver s side lwer left crner. The fllwing are the prcedures fr the parking decals:

6 All parking decals will be permanent and assigned t a specific vehicle (Cmpany r Persnal). There will be an annual prcess fee fr the parking decals which is attached t the annual renewal f the ID card. Parking decals are nn-transferable and are assigned t each vehicle an individual may bring nt the prperty. The vehicle registratin will be required t at the time f purchase. The initial parking decal will be issued with the purchase f a new ID card r renewal ID card. Any additinal parking decal that is needed by an individual will have t be purchased separately. If a vehicle is fund with an unauthrized vehicle decal a citatin f $40.00 will be issued fr the first ffense. In the event that a vehicle with a parking decal is in an accident r stlen a replacement decal may be btained at n charge. A plice reprt will be required t btain a free parking decal. Lst I.D. Card Vehicle Signage It is the respnsibility f each individual t maintain pssessin f their O.R.C.A. ID card and in the event that an individual des lse their card, it must be reprted t the Welcme Center immediately. A replacement card may be btained at the Welcme Center at a cst f $ In the event that an ID card is stlen a plice reprt will be required and a replacement card will be issued at n charge. All cmmercial vehicles entering the prperty must have prper signage n bth sides f the vehicle. All signage must prvide the name f the business and/r the wner/peratr, lcatin and telephne number. The minimum letter size shuld be 1.5 inches with the business name in a larger size. The use f magnetic signs is acceptable.
