No matter which model you choose, our subscriber management solution is based on a best practice three-tier web architecture that ensures a secure and scalable infrastructure capable of meeting all the demands of the service. Hosted Hosted solutions are available via Amazon Web Services (AWS) or from s own dedicated data centres. takes advantage of the AWS global footprint and private cloud technology to ensure an instance of Enterprise is rapidly deployed and data is always stored within your region. Furthermore, this virtual delivery model enables flexible infrastructure scaling to be achieved. Leveraging virtual services allows additional application instances to be quickly started to handle short-term surges/spikes in demand. Similarly, they can be quickly and simply shut down when demand recedes. On-Premise The Enterprise SMS can be deployed within your existing data centres and supported by a local system integrator (SI). Our SMS has also been designed to operate alongside industry standard systems, allowing you to manage and administrate your operation easily. The software has a small yet robust footprint, minimising the total cost of ownership and speed to market. Service Availability All systems operate 24/7 and have high availability, with a target service level agreement (SLA) uptime of 99.97%. High levels of service continuity are also achieved by delivering a single virtualised data centre, operating in a stretched fashion across two physically autonomous data centres, in the same region, that are privately connected to one another. Each physical data centre has a high level of redundancy, utilising its own communication provisions, security mechanisms and UPS/generators to ensure continuity of power supply. 24/7 Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC) Our Service Desk personnel proactively monitor the performance and throughput of all hosted Enterprise systems from our 24/7 GNOC, ensuring systems are operating within SLA. Our real time pre-configured dashboards record the demand for services, including request arrival rates, minimum/ maximum/average response times, and success rates. Additionally, our automated technical monitoring systems continually check service availability and escalate any threshold breaches or warning conditions to technical teams before they become service affecting. Proactive capacity reviews s capacity monitoring systems regularly poll critical infrastructure and run time engines to collect data of key metrics including CPU, memory, bandwidth, application threads and database connections. The capacity data is collected and charted for periodic analysis to identify any unusual trends or exception conditions that may develop over time. By monitoring system capacities proactively, predictions of future resource requirements can be made to minimise the need for unplanned reactive support.
