(PDIL), an ISO 9001:2008 certified, Mini Ratna-1, Govt. of India Undertaking under the administrative control of the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry Chemicals & Fertilizers & having our Corporate Office in PDIL Bhawan, A-14, Sector-1, NOIDA, intends to empanel experienced contractors of Civil Works for construction of Toilets in Government Schools in Patna & Gaya District of BIHAR under Swachh Vidyalaya Abhiyan of Govt. of India. PDIL invites sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested Contractors having experience for the subject work who meets the Pre Qualification Criteria (PQC) & others terms and conditions detailed hereunder. 3 PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA Annexure-I Page: 1/2 The Contractors will be evaluated on the basis of following Pre-qualification criteria:- 1.0 The Contractor should have satisfactorily executed similar works during the last 07 years ending For this purpose, cost of work shall mean gross value of executed work, including the cost of materials supplied by the client. 1.1 The similar works mean: - Civil Construction Work including supply of building materials, and labours. 2.0 Financial Criteria 2.1 The Contractor should have experience of having satisfactorily completed similar works during last 07 years should be either of the following: No. of similar work completed Category-1 Category-2 For 50Nos. of Toilets Cost of Work (Rs.) For 100 Nos. of Toilets Cost of Work (Rs.) One similar completed work costing value Lakhs Lakhs. Two similar completed work costing value Lakhs Lakhs. Three similar completed work costing value Lakhs Lakhs. The Contractor should have average annual financial turnover of value during last three years ending 31 st March ,78 Lakhs Lakhs Note: In support of above pre-qualification criteria the contractor should attach the following document: Copy of Work Order for similar work from any Govt. Agency of State or Central. Copy of completion certificate in case of completed work from client or Payment Certificate in case of ongoing work. Audited Financial Statement (Balance Sheet and Profit &Loss Account) for the last three years ending OR Certificate from a Chartered Account indicating the financial turnover during the last three years ending Besides this the Contractor is also required to fill-up Annexure-I(A) enclosed. Application money for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) shall be submitted by way of Demand Draft/ Banker s Cheque only drawn on any Scheduled/ Nationalized Bank in favour of Projects & Development India Ltd.payable at Noida. However, the application money (Rs.10,000/-) may be paid to PDIL through RTGS as per Bank details given below: Name & Address of the Bank: Axis Bank Ltd. 4 Annexure-I Page: 2/2 The above application money (Rs.10,000/-) shall be adjusted in the value of EMD(Earnest Money Deposit) to be submitted by the successful bidder while submitting their bid against our Tender. The application money shall be refunded to the un-successful contractors after selection of successful contractors. No interest shall be payable on application money. EOI shall not be considered without Application Money. The EOI shall be opened only after Application Money is received in PDIL Office either by DD or through RTGS. Signature of Contractor

6 INSTRUCTION TO CONTRACTORS Annexure-II Page: 1/2 1.0 Submission of EOI: Contractors are required to submit their EOI under one envelope consisting of documents as detailed below: a) Application Money for Rs. 10,000/- b) Complete EOI documents duly signed & stamped in each page as a token of acceptance. c) Annexure-I(A), Annexure-III Annexure-IV & Annexure-V: Duly filled and signed by the contractor making all the points clear and not leaving any voids. d) All the supporting documents as per the requirement specified in Pre-Qualification Criteria as Annexure-I and Annexure-I(A) enclosed. All the above document should be kept in one envelope and sealed and should be super scribed in bold letters with under mentioned marking to be submitted to the following address before Last Date and time of Submission. PQC through speed post before the Last Date and time of Submission. OR EOI may be submitted on or before the Last Date and time of Submission either personally at the office of Project Manager (PM), Project Management Department, Projects & Development India Ltd., PDIL Bhawan, A-14, Sector-1, Noida ,Gautam Budh Nagar, (U.P.) or sent by speed post on the above address so as to reach well in advance of the closing date and time. 3.0 Over writing should be avoided. Correction, if any, should be made by neatly crossing out, initialing, dating and rewriting. 4.0 The contractors who qualify to the PQ Criteria shall be issued the tender document to submit their bids. If such applicant happens to be enlisted contractor of any class in PDIL, his name shall also be removed from the approved list of contractors. 6.0 The application not submitted in prescribed form or unsigned by contractor may not be considered. 7.0 PDIL reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to annul the prequalification process and reject all applications at any time, without assigning any reason or incurring any liability to the applicants.
