4 PRO-AM Competition Rules and Regulations will run in accordance with the following organisation. W.M.F. & E.M.C. with Only Elbow & Shin guards being compulsory during all bouts, all other rules will apply, including a deduction of 1 point if the referee gives a count of eight (8) Age & Weights above.

5 4) Seminar for Referees & Judges Amateur (Hotel "Mir") Day course, to refresh any changes to rules, for experience referees and judges only Days course, for all new referees and Judges fee: 80 Euros. 5) Seminar for Referees & Judges Pro-AM (Hotel "Mir") Days course, for all qualified Amateur referees and Judges fee: 160 Euros 6) Seminar for Teacher / Kru Muaythai teaching and grading course Muaythai (Boran) Coaching Course by top Grand Masters. Prizes: Day course, For all new Kru / Teacher and any Khan grading. Medals & Diplomas will be awarded to the 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd places in each class. Requirements: A minimum of 3 Athletes per each weight categories for is necessary for belts to be contested. Runner//up will receive a Trophy. Best Wai Kru and Best Boxer (technique) will be awarded with a Special Trophy. Pro-am; the winners will be presented with championships belts. The runner up will receive trophy. Medical & Insurances: ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE TO PRESENT A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FROM THEIR COUNTRYS AND HAVE TO PRESENT AN INTERNATIONAL ATHLETE INSURANCE. OFFICIALS, REPRESENTATIVES, COACHES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TEAMS AND TEAM MEMBERS TO HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS IN ORDER. Transportation Service: Shuttle bus will be arranged from Kharkov International Airport or Kharkov train station to the official hotel and from the official hotel to the venue only for the participating delegates who are staying at the official hotel. Please inform us about your flight schedule (arrival date, time and flight number) and hotel reservation by 20 July 2013.

6 VISA: Visas to Ukraine are required for all representatives of the countries except: - Citizens of the UIC. - Citizens of the European Union/ - Citizens from the countries having with Ukraine special visa agreements (Israel, Switzerland, other). Address in consular services of Ukraine in your countries. Please contact the Organizing committee regarding any VISA requirements or apply for VISA from the Embassy, Consulate or VISA Office of Ukraine in your country. Flags / Anthems: Please bring audio CD or MP3 Files of your National Anthem, and two National flags: (72 cm. x 120 cm.). ID Card and Entry in to Championships. PLEASE SEND A COPY OF ALL PASSPORTS, FOR ALL THE OFFICAL TEAM, Including Officials Referee / Judges Athletes (Especially Cadet & Youth) and Guests so they can be prepared in advance. The Registration Fee for everyone attending the championships (Including Officials Athletes & Guests) will be 30 EUR, payable at registration desk along with the National Fee of 200 EUR for Each Country. The individual registration fee will cover the cost of transportation to & from the airport and includes the welcome party along with ID Cards and a participation certificate for all athletes. * The organizer has the right to modify the schedule depending on the number of entries.

Courses Fee: (Muay Boran &Teacher and Coaching course) The courses fee required is 160 Euros Per Adult and 80 Euros Per Junior per event paid at the registration desk before starting, the Competition Fee is 30 Euros for the Amateur Open Championships. The fee covers the cost of Transportation to & from the airport and includes the welcome party along with a participation certificate. *Khan & Sash grading for students who register will be 10 Euros each level. *Kru Assessment & Khan Registration 11 to 13 Fee will be 25 Euros/year. 9. Rules and Regulation: The Competition Rules and Regulations will run in accordance with the following organisations. W.M.F. - E.M.C. K.M.A. 10. Prize: Medal & Diploma will be awarded to the 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd places in each weight cat.; 11. 16 PRO-AM MUAYTHAI TOURNAMENT As athletes who have more experience in amateur tournaments it is a natural progression to improve themselves for higher ranking. The World Muaythai Federation s Judges and Referees and Rules Committee have decided that the next stage of progression is needed in order for the experience athletes to enter in the next stage This is in line with many Amateur rules and regulations. As follows: Protection Equipments; A. Boxing Gloves 10 / 12 ounces B. Shin, instep guards D. Metal groin guard E. Mouth Guard F. Elbow protection Round / Their shall be 3 rounds / 3 min with 1.5 min rest Or Their shall be 5 rounds / 2 min with 1 min rest/break Weight Categories: as the same in amateur class Point of score / Decision There shall be 10 points score for the winner maximum per round The loser shall score 9 or less according to there abilities The winner should win the round by using muaythai weapons and techniques more effectively better than their opponent. Standing Count; The out come of the standing count may affect the score due to showing sign of receiving a heavy blow. The score maybe reduced by deducting 2 points in that round ANY OTHER DISAGREEMENTS SHALL BE REFERED BACK TO THE AMATEUR MUAYTHAI RULES ANY ATHLETE WHO ENTER INTO PRO AM COMPETITION WILL NOT LOOSE THE AMATEUR STATUS.
