MEETING ROOMS Our beautiful conference rooms cater for 2 to 90 delegates and all are equipped with the latest audio visual technology and complimentary WiFi to provide you with the perfect base for your conferences and events. The Great Hall The impressive Great Hall was once the banqueting hall of Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I. Today it provides an excellent setting for evening or weekend private dinners, award ceremonies or events. Margaret Dickinson Lounge The Margaret Dickinson Lounge incorporates a bar and opens out onto the riverside lawn. It is the perfect breakout space and can be used alongside team building activities taking place outside, as well as for pre-dinner drinks for up to 120 guests. Elizabethan, Warwick and Vansittart Rooms The Warwick Room with it's traditional fireplace is the perfect setting for fine dining for up to 64, or for meetings for up to 90 delegates. The Elizabethan and Vansittart rooms are both ideal for larger meetings or small conferences. Equipped with the latest technology, each room boasts an interactive whiteboard designed to help you create, deliver and annotate your presentation with the latest infrared technology, along with a Bluetooth interactive writing tablet, projector and 78 Powerboard. Sonning and Henry VIII Rooms The Sonning Room can accommodate up to 40 delegates and is ideal for smaller meetings. The Henry VIII room is a formal boardroom setting perfect for smaller executive meetings and can accommodate up to 14 delegates. They offer a 65 screen with the latest touchscreen technology.

Cleves Package 47 per person Includes: Breakfast, three servings of tea and coffee, sandwich buffet lunch, presentation equipment, syndicate room usage, access to the fitness suite and a dedicated conference host. Boleyn Package 35 per person Includes: Two servings of tea, coffee & homemade biscuits, sandwich buffet lunch in meeting room, equipment (projector/screen included), mineral water. All packages include provision of free pens, paper, Wi-Fi, water and mints. 24 Hour Delegate Rate Includes: all items in the Cleves day delegate rate (minus the bacon rolls) plus: Basic 24 hour delegate rate 125 (shared dining, minimum 10 persons) Accommodation in double bed for single occupancy, Dinner in the Engine room restaurant and breakfast in the Engine room restaurant the following morning. Executive 24 hour delegate package 149 (private dining in the abbey, minimum 15 persons) Accommodation in double bed for single occupancy, Dinner in a private dining room in the Abbey, and breakfast in the Engine room restaurant the following morning. HOSPITALITY AND CATERING Delicious dining options to fuel your events Bisham Abbey offers a wide range of dining options including canapé receptions, buffet lunches served in your meeting room, fine dining in the Great Hall or custom menus for a particular theme. Our team are happy to discuss any themed menu ideas or dietary requirements. Our catering team use food suppliers who are accredited to the Red Tractor food assurance scheme, which covers production standards developed by experts on safety, hygiene, animal welfare and the environment. We pride ourselves on our specialist fine dining at Bisham Abbey and frequently host dinners in the Abbey and outside on the lawn for larger marquee events. We boast years of experience in providing thoughtful and inspiring menus from private luxurious banqueting in the Great Hall and intimate dinners in the Warwick room, right through to 'family fun' style catering such as BBQ and hog roasts with events and games on the lawn. We also offer Christmas Parties, shared party nights with themed dinners and entertainment and private parties. Please enquire directly for this years packages and menus. The Engine Room, Bisham Abbey s on-site restaurant is located directly alongside the accommodation and has the capacity of 120 and features a live theatre area where food is freshly prepared in front of customers. Complimenting this is Refuel, our on-site café, offering a delicious range of Costa Coffee beverages, fresh juices and snacks. WiFi is provided throughout the restaurant and café areas.

8 ACCOMMODATION Rest well after a hard day s work After a busy days meeting, or teambuilding Bisham Abbey can offer a clean, warm comfortable environment to relax and unwind in within the accommodation based onsite. Following extensive redevelopment, Bisham Abbey now offers 50 double ensuite bedrooms, including accessible rooms for disabled guests and free on-site parking. Bedrooms can be configured to provide double or twin room accommodation via link zip beds. Wi-fi is available in the bedrooms free of charge. All bedrooms include tea and coffee making facilities, desks, flat screen televisions and either shower cubicles or bath tubs, ensuring users have the perfect configuration for the duration of their stay. A full English or continental breakfast will be served to your guests the following morning in the Engine Room restaurant. This is located in the same building as the accommodation on the ground floor. Bisham Abbey boasts impressive gym facilities which are open to guests who are residential in the accommodation free of charge. The extensive gym facilities consists of over 90 stations over two floors. If fitness classes and the gym is not for you, then you may instead decide to unwind and relax in the sauna and steam room located in the changing room facilities of the gym. This facility is also free of charge to guests staying at the hotel.

9 T: E: W: bishamabbeynsc.com PRIVATE FUNCTIONS Functions with a twist The Great Hall makes a fantastic atmosphere for a grandiose awards ceremony. Its tall vaulted ceiling and impressive painted Muriel create a striking backdrop to host an awards dinner. We can hire in a small staging area for your guest speaker and aid you in arranging any additional audio visual requirements you may have to ensure your event runs smoothly. The Great Hall will seat 80 guests in a cabaret layout for awards dinners, or 120 for formal dining at round tables for a Christmas party dinner. The Great Hall also is equipped with colour changing lights so that the atmosphere can be quickly changed from a warm lighting for dinner to alternating disco colours for an evening function or party. The Great Hall will hold approximately 150 guests for a standing reception or party. For smaller more intimate parties and dinners the Warwick room is perfect with its large atmospheric stone fire place and dark oak panelling it is perfect for up to 60 guests for formal dining. Christmas is always a time of year when the abbey looks particularly atmospheric, the Great Hall is traditionally dressed with a natural tree and the hall looks spectacular with our silver candelabra centrepieces lighting up the room. Themed evenings will be planned for you to enjoy with dining in the Great Hall or Warwick with drinking and dancing in our evening function room the Margaret Dickinson Lounge.
