If you are an existing online user prior to August 6, 0, the first time you log on, your User ID will be your 0-digit Ford Interest Advantage note number. If you have more than one note, use the one with the lowest numerical note number. You will need to create a new User ID. You will also be asked to read and accept the Online Terms and Conditions. Your initial password will be the last four digits of your social security or tax ID number. You will need to select a new password. If you are a first time user of the Ford Interest Advantage online access enrolling after August 6, 0, you will need to go through the enrollment process by clicking the Sign-up link and following the enrollment instructions. 4 Enhanced Security We are also adding additional layers of security in the event you log in from a device that has not been used in the past. Instead of the simple challenge questions you used in the past, you will be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code via a phone call or SMS message. If a phone is not available, you will be asked to answer a series of questions to validate your identity. These enhanced security features help safeguard your information. Financial Center Once logged in, the first page you see is the Financial Center. The Financial Center is the landing page for your Ford Interest Advantage online access. You can view transaction information, make transfers, pay bills and get started with mobile access. You can also see your scheduled Transfers and Scheduled Payments under the Money Center box. You can click on the Take a Tour button for a video of the new online functionality. 4 credit.ford.com 5

5 Notes Overview The Notes Overview page offers a glance at all of your Ford Interest Advantage notes, including a display of Available and Current Balances, in one place. By clicking on the arrow on the right side of each note, you will see a drop-down menu with available options. To view the Notes Overview page, choose Notes Overview under the Notes tab. View Note Activity The Note Activity page offers detailed information on your Ford Interest Advantage note. You can conveniently monitor the status of your note, view transaction information and search up to 8 months of transaction history. To view note activity, go to the Notes tab and select Note activity. 4 Select the note you wish to see and click the Go button. Here you will see the transactions that have been processed. To View note activity, Make a transfer, Manage alerts, View note/ rate information, or Change note description, click the button. To display additional past transactions, click the Redisplay 0-day view link. 4 To show Scheduled Transactions, click the Show Scheduled Transactions link. To view balance details click on the Available Balance to see the information on a separate screen. 6 credit.ford.com 7

6 Add Online Statements Online statements are electronic versions of your FIA statements replacing paper statements that you receive in the mail. Online access means that you can view your online statements at any time, from any location. If the Statement feature is available, you can access the Statements page by clicking Statements in the Notes tab. Download Transactions The Download Transactions page is used to download transactions to your computer for use in other applications, such as Microsoft Excel. You can access the Download Transactions page by clicking Download Transactions under the Notes tab. To add an online statement: Read the Ford Interest Advantage online Terms and Conditions. Choose a Note from the drop-down menu. Select a From and To date, using the handy calendar on the right of the drop-down menu. Select the CSV file format type, then click Download transactions. Check the box next to I have read and agree to the terms of the Ford Interest Advantage online Terms and Conditions. Click Submit. 8 credit.ford.com 9

7 Manage Transaction Categories Ford Interest Advantage online access allows you to assign categories to each transaction. These categories are displayed online and on reports you create. You can manage your list of categories by choosing Manage Transaction Categories under the Notes tab. Create a Report The Create a Report page is used to create a custom report of transaction information for a note. You can access Create a Report from the Notes tab. Choose the note you want to report on. Select a date From (oldest date)and a date To (newest date) by clicking on the calendar icon. Use the drop-down menu to select the Transaction type. 4 Check the box that represents the Category type and select the Categories. To create a category go to the link at the top of the page titled add a new category. A new window will pop up asking you to name the Category, Category Type, and indicate whether or not it is a Tax Item. Click Add category when finished. 4 5 Click Create Report when finished. To Edit or Delete a category, choose the appropriate link to the right of the desired category. A new window will appear for you to either edit or delete the category. 0 credit.ford.com

8 Make a Transfer The Make a Transfer page is used to transfer funds from one Ford Interest Advantage note to another. You can access the Make a Transfer page by clicking Make a Transfer under the Pay and Transfer tab. Scheduled Transfers The Scheduled Transfers page lists all transfers that you have scheduled between your Ford Interest Advantage notes. You can access the Scheduled Transfers page from the Pay and Transfer tab. 4 Choose the note you want to Transfer from and Transfer to. Type in the Amount. Use the drop-down menu to select the Frequency that you want this transfer to occur. 4 Click Continue when finished. To edit a scheduled transfer, choose the Edit link to the right of the desired transfer. A new window will appear. Fill out the required information, then click Save Changes. To delete a scheduled transfer, choose the Delete link to the right of the desired transfer. A new window will appear. Review the transfer s details and click Delete this transfer. credit.ford.com

9 Make an External Transfer The Make an External Transfer page is used to move funds between a Ford Interest Advantage note and an account at another financial institution. You can access the Make an External Transfer page by clicking Make an External Transfer under the Pay and Transfer tab. Make a Recurring External Transfer The Make a Recurring External Transfer page is used to make a recurring, or repeating, transfer of funds between a Ford Interest Advantage note and an account with another financial institution. You can access the Make a Recurring External Transfer page by clicking Make a Recurring External Transfer under the Pay and Transfer tab Select the note you wish to Transfer from and Transfer to. Select a date on which you want the funds to Transfer on. Enter the Amount. 4 Click Continue when finished. Choose a note to Transfer from and the account you wish to Transfer to. Enter your Frequency preference. Enter the Amount you wish to transfer. 4 Select the date you want to transfer to Start on and End on. 5 When finished, click Continue. 4 credit.ford.com 5

10 Scheduled External Transfers The Scheduled External Transfers page lists all scheduled transfers between your Ford Interest Advantage note and an account with another financial institution. With all of your scheduled external transfers in one place, it s easy to edit or delete. Under the Pay and Transfer tab, select Scheduled External Transfers. Paying Bills Online The Pay Bills page allows you to redeem all or a portion of your Ford Interest Advantage note to perform the most common bill payment tasks from a single location. Additional features are accessible from the primary navigation bar. In the next few pages you will see how to: Create payees Schedule a single payment Schedule recurring payments Enable the E-bill function for participating billers To access the Bill Pay feature and manage your bills online, click on the Pay and Transfer tab and select Pay Bills. You will then will be asked to enroll in Bill Pay. To edit a scheduled transfer, choose the Edit link to the right of the desired transfer. A new window will appear. Fill out the required information then click Save Changes. To delete a scheduled transfer, choose the Delete link to the right of the desired transfer. A new window will appear. Review the transfer s details and click Delete this transfer. 6 credit.ford.com 7

11 Add a Payee You can pay anyone, including your cable company, doctor or Uncle Charlie. In the Pay someone new section of the Pay Bills page, enter the name of the person or business you want to pay and click Add. You may also select a person or business from the Pay To list. Start by selecting Pay Bills under the Pay and Transfer tab. Setup an E-bill E-bills are any bill that you receive electronically, and they basically fall into two types. The first type is an electronic bill that we receive from one of your billers and which we redirect to you. The second type is a bill we retrieve from your biller s website and present to you electronically. Start by selecting Pay Bills from the Pay and Transfer tab. Enter the Payee name in the field provided, then click Add. Enter the Payee information in the fields provided, then click Continue. Click on the payee you want to set up an E-bill for and click the Sign up now! button Confirm your Payee information, then click Pay Bills to begin making payments. Select the Payee using the drop-down menu. Fill out the required fields, then click Setup E-bill. 8 credit.ford.com 9

12 Pay Bills Our streamlined bill payment process is quick and easy. The Pay Bills page lists all of your payees. You just enter the amount you want to pay and click Pay. We also list for each payee the amount and date of your last payment. To begin making payments, choose Pay Bills under the Pay and Transfer tab. Recurring Payments You can set up an automatic payment to any payee. For example, you can make an automatic payment to your landlord or any payee that sends you an automatic bill for the same amount each month. To begin making payments, choose Pay Bills under the Pay and Transfer tab Find the payee you want to process a payment for and enter the Amount you wish to pay. Select the date you want the payment to process, using the handy calendar feature. When finished, click Pay. 4 You will know your payment has been scheduled when green highlighted messages appear below your payee and at the top right corner of your screen. 5 Find the payee you want to set up recurring payments for and click on the button to view drop-down menu and choose pay automatically from the menu. Choose Pay automatically. Select the Funding note. 4 Type in the Amount and choose the date you want the payments to begin, then choose to continue this payment indefinitely or until a specific date or number of instances. 5 When finished, click Save changes. 0 credit.ford.com

13 Manage Bill Payment Categories A list of your current categories is provided. You may edit and delete categories that you ve created, or add a new category at any time. To begin, select Manage Bill Payment Categories under the Pay and Transfer tab. Create/View Bill Payment Reports To create a new report, please complete the required information. Once saved, your report will appear in the Select a different report to view drop-down menu on the View Bill Payment Reports page. To edit or delete a report, click the Edit/delete an existing report link right below. Under the Pay and Transfer tab select View Bill Payment Reports. Choose a bill payment report to view by using the drop-down menu, then click View. To view details of a specific payment, click Payment details. To change the name of an existing category, simply type in the new name under the New Category Name column and click Save Changes when finished. To delete a category, check the box next to the name and click Save Changes when finished. To create a new category, select the add a new category link. You will need to specify the Payment category and which payees you wish to include in the category. When finished, click Add category. To change or delete a report, click Edit/ delete report. Select the report you wish to edit or delete, then click the corresponding button. If you chose edit, fill out the required fields, then click Save Changes. credit.ford.com

14 Search Bill Payment Records You can search your entire bill payment history by using the Search records feature. To begin, choose Search Bill Payment Records under the Pay and Transfer tab. Mobile Easy and convenient Mobile Access to your Ford Interest Advantage allows you to: View note details, including balances and transaction history Transfer funds between your notes Pay bills Use the Remote Check Processing service in the apps to quickly and easily invest checks Fill out the required fields including Payee, Funding note, Time frame and click Search records. Getting started is easy. Log on to your Ford Interest Advantage online access. Click on the Get Started Now button in the Mobile Access Center of the Financial Center tab to download the mobile app. As an alternative, you may also download the mobile app from Apple itunes or the Google Marketplace. 4 credit.ford.com 5

15 Investor Service The Investor Service tab provides direct access to the note and investor service options you have available online. Note Maintenance Note Maintenance is where to go if you need help regarding small changes to your note. Here you will find the option to: Manage Alerts The Manage Alerts page is used to add or change the type of alerts that you would like to receive to monitor your note activity. You can also use Manage Alerts to change the alert delivery method from to text message. To begin, choose Manage Alerts under the Investor Service tab. Change password Change user ID Manage contact information Change address Change statement delivery method Customize your notes Forms Note Services Order checks, stop a check and view your history of stopped checks easily under the Notes Services section. Contact Options Control your contact options by choosing: View messages Contact Us Manage alerts (see page 7 for more instructions) Disclosures View all disclosures regarding Ford Interest Advantage Online Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Statement. To add an alert, make sure the Note Alerts tab is selected, then click Add next to the type of alert you want. A new window will appear.
