Whether you re at work, play, running errands or on vacation, you can access your accounts from your mobile device, when and where it s most convenient for you. The right Mobile Banking option for you Old National offers both Mobile Web and a Mobile App, so you can choose the best fit for your device type. Either solution enables you to: View account balances and activity Transfer money between Old National accounts Pay bills Locate a banking center or ATM Plus, with the Mobile App, we offer Mobile Deposit so you can deposit checks from your iphone or Android TM phone. This Getting Started Guide provides step-by-step instructions for enrolling in and activating your device for Mobile Web and the Mobile App. Here are some helpful set-up hints before you get started: The enrollment process may be easier on a computer. When enrolling, you will receive an activation code which expires in 24 hours. If your code expires before you can use it, you can request a new one. Page 5 of this Guide explains how. Watch your enrolled device for a text message with a link to complete your Mobile Banking activation. 2 Enrolling your device Step 1 Go to oldnational.com. Sign in to Old National Online Banking or sign up for Online Banking if you re not already enrolled. Step 2 Once you log in to Online Banking, choose the Mobile Banking tab. Getting Started Guide - page 2

3 Enrolling your device Step 3 On the Welcome to Mobile Banking screen, choose Continue to Mobile Profile. Step 4 Once in the Mobile Banking Center, choose Add Mobile Device. Getting Started Guide - page 3

4 Enrolling your device Step 5 From the drop-down menu, choose your device s mobile carrier. Then enter your device s phone number. Note about tablets: If you are enrolling a tablet or other wifi-only device, choose other/ipod from the drop-down menu. If you are using your cell phone number to set up another mobile device, you will need to use an alternate number, such as a home phone number, to enroll your tablet or other wifi-only device. Read and click that you accept the Terms and Conditions. Select Enroll. Getting Started Guide - page 4

5 Activating your device Step 1 After you enroll, a screen will open with your unique activation code. Write down this activation code, as you will be prompted to enter it on your enrolled mobile device. The code will expire within 24 hours. Note: If your code expires before you use it, you can request a new one. Just return here to the Mobile Banking Center, and next to your enrolled device click Get Activation Code. Step 2 To complete activation, monitor your device for a text message from Old National. The text should arrive within minutes of your enrollment. Once you receive it, select the Mobile Banking activation link within the text message. Getting Started Guide - page 5 Note about tablets: If you have enrolled a tablet or other wifi-only device, and have used your home phone number for enrollment, go to oldnational.com/mobileweb on your enrolled device to complete activation.

6 Activating your device Step 3 The link opens to an activation screen. Enter the activation code, your device s phone number and choose Activate. You will receive an Activation Complete message. Select OK. Step 4 Enter your Online Banking user ID and password to sign on to Mobile Banking. Your Mobile Banking activation is complete! Note about tablets: To enter your activation code for an enrolled tablet or other wifi-only device, go to oldnational.com/mobileweb on that device. This same screen will appear. A few final tips After signing on, you will automatically arrive on the Accounts Summary screen. You can tap the menu icon in the upper left corner to go to the Mobile Banking Home page. To easily return to the site through your mobile browser at any time, bookmark the site or add it to your device s home screen. You can also access it at oldnational.com/mobileweb. For Mobile Web, make sure cookies are enabled on your device to avoid having to re-activate. See our Mobile Banking Frequently Asked Questions or contact your mobile provider for more information about enabling cookies. If your device is supported for the Mobile App, a Download the App link will be visible on the Mobile Banking Home page. Refer to our Mobile App Guide for instructions on downloading the App. (Please note that the Mobile App is not available for tablets or wifi-only devices.) Mobile Banking safety and security The security of your accounts and information is always a top priority at Old National. That's why our Mobile Banking uses layers of security including: HTTPS and 128-bit SSL encryption masks your sensitive information Account details and information from your mobile banking session are not stored on your phone A unique enrollment activation code, user ID and password are required Your session ends when you close your browser and will time-out when your mobile device is not in use Also, for the greatest security, you should never store user ID, password or other personal information on your device and take care to protect it against theft or use by others.
