1 CMAS Underwater Orienteering World Cup 17 th 20 th September 2015 The Hungarian Divers Federation and the Amphora Diving Club is pleased to invite you to the IV. round of the CMAS Underwater Orienteering World Cup The competition takes place at Gyékényes Lake situated at the south western part of Hungary, about 235 km from Budapest, near to the Hungarian Croatian border. We are glad to welcome you to this beautiful region of Hungary and hope you will experience a successful competition and a memorable event.

3 2. Condition for Participation: Every athlete must obtain a valid CMAS sport license and a medical check document not older than one year. Every CMAS country is entitled to participate if they accept the current rules and CMAS relevant regulation. 3. Entry Conditions: The preliminary entry form (Enclosure 1) must be sent back to Organisers and CMAS until 24 th August Final entry form (Enclosure 2) must be sent back to Organisers and CMAS until 31 st August 2015 End of registration Monday 31 st August 2015 Teams should present the following documents upon arrival: - Bank note of payment of organisation fee. - Competitors CMAS licence / 2015 Entry fee: 65Euro (including participation at the Winner Ceremony / Party ) The entry fee to be paid in cash at the spot or transferred until 15 th September 2015 to the following bank account: Magyar Búvár Szakszövetség Nonprofit Kft. Additional information: All events will be held according the current CMAS rules Protest fee: 100 Euro Only tanks with valid certificates (2 years) will be filled (DIN and INT valves) The competitors themselves are responsible for a proper condition of their equipment. The organizer declines any liability. All competitors take part at their own risk. The organizer reserves right for any modifications to the programme. 5 4. Bottle filling: Only organizers are in charge of bottle filling. Maximum filling pressure is 20Mpa (200 bar). Connection possibilities are according to INT and DIN standard. For other extensions, please bring your own adapters. All participating countries are responsible for adhering to their national rules regarding compressed air diving devices. All devices will be checked by the Hungarian authorities (MBSZ) before the start of the competition. 5. Other: Teams arriving by bus or car, please get in touch with the organizers first for registration and other information. Organizers ask all teams to bring two national flags (2 m x 1 m) and the national anthem on CD. Organizers reserve the right for any change in the programme. Participating teams will get all information about the changes in time. This competition will be organised according to the current CMAS rules. The organizer facilitates the compressor service. The competitors themselves are responsible for the proper condition of their equipment. The organizer declines any liability. All competitors take part at their own risk.

10 Enclosure 3 INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION The lodging is not arranged by the organiser. You have to make your own reservation.
