Registration: In order to enter the competition, you must enrol through your national federation. The entry forms must be returned to the following address by before March 18 th to: Mr. Emmanuel HUSSON e.husson@ffc.fr Payment will be made by your national federation (payment must be made by bank transfer to the account of the organiser). Cancellations are permitted only by your federation until April 2nd, 8 am in which case a refund will be made to you. Should you fail to cancel by your federation and before the date above, your entry fee will be due.

3 Entry fees - Challenge category: 27 euros for 20 or 24 - Categories taking part in the European championship: Elite category: 57 euros/race Junior: 32 euros/race Deadline for submitting your entry: March 18 th All forms received from your federation after this date (and no later than April 2 nd, 8am) may be accepted only if the maximum number of participants has not been reached. In this case the fees applicable will be double those listed above. Registration control On Friday 3th April between 4.30 pm and 8 pm and Saturday 4 th April between 8 am ad 9 am, your federation team representative will be responsible for confirming your entry.

4 Catering A restaurant area will be available in the main hall for your food and drinks purchases throughout the competition. First aid First aid will be provided by the Dutch EHBO as well as Medical staff throughout the competition. Shops Close to the track, you will find a shopping centre where bicycle shops will be available for your minor bike repairs, spare parts and clothing. Accommodation At the gate of the car park, parking fees are required of 6.00 per day per car. Camping sites It is possible to camp near The IJsselhallen just outside the hall. You can make use of electrical appliances and during the daytime some showers are available at times yet to be announced on Friday. The fees of the camping sites are 50,-- for the weekend irrespective of the number of nights. The sites are open from Thursday evening hrs until Monday hrs. 6 Ticket prices Weekend, per adult: 20,- Weekend, per child (5 to 12 years old): 12,- Adult day ticket: 15,- Child day ticket (5 to 12 years of age): 10,- European challenge categories: - boys 9+10, boys 11+12, boys 13+14, boys 15+16, men 17-24, men 25-29, men 30+ challenge and 30+ Masters (minimum 5 riders, if not, they will compete with men 30+) - girls 9+10, girls 11+12, girls 13+14, girls 15+16, women cruiser 13+14, cruiser 15+16, cruiser 17+18, cruiser 19-29, cruiser 30-39, cruiser and 45 + Riders born in 2001 and after are not allowed to participate. Championship categories: - Junior female, Junior male - Elite female, Elite male Registration plates The event organisers will not provide you with a registration plate. Each competitor is required to bear his/her own international number. The legal lateral registration plate is compulsory! Sticked numbers on the frame are not permitted. Riders race with the following number plates and number colour combinations: Boys/Men classes Girls/Women classes All Cruiser classes yellow plate, black numbers, blue plate, white numbers, red plate, white numbers. Rules The UEC rules apply. Automatic pedals are allowed for all categories from the age of 13 upwards. All championship categories competitors are required to wear their national shirt or their national flag on each sleeve (maximum 7 X 6 cm). National teams Spaces will be allocated to national teams registered with the UEC in the competitors area 6 metres (wide) X 8 metres (deep) at a cost of 100 euros.
