Likewise, I also seek to examine the effect of new technologies, such as mobile devices, internet search engines, advertising, and social media on marketing. More specifically, I seek greater understanding of: strategies that are used to increase service quality and customer satisfaction after service failures occur. the use of technologies in soliciting customer feedback. the use of mobile devices to more effectively reach potential customers. the role that market orientation (MO) plays in rejuvenating university commercialization activities. the more effective ways for universities to engage successful entrepreneurship propagation of entrepreneurial mindset in teaching activities. the role of social media in promoting companies products.
