2 Date: Oct. 27 Oct. 31, 2016 Competition/Training Venue: Event Website: ARENA KUFSTEIN Fischergries 30, A-6330 Kufstein, Austria +43/5372/ Floor System: Gymnova, AER Floor One Ref Rules and Regulations: Invited Federations: Competition Categories: Age Categories: The event will be organized under the following FIG rules, as valid in the year of the event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives: Statutes, Technical Regulations, Code of Points and relevant Newsletters, General Judges Rules, Specific Judges Rules, Doping Control Rules, Licence rules (except for non competitive events), Media Rules, Apparatus Norms, FIG Rules for Sanctioning (approval) of International Events, Advertising and Publicity Rules and subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee. All FIG-Member Federations in good standing are invited to participate. Competitions will be held for Individual Women (IW), Individual Men (IM), Mixed Pairs (MP), Trios (TR), Groups (GR), Aerobic DANCE (AD), and Aerobic STEP (AS). Aerobic Gymnastics: Seniors AG AG AG (the competition for AG is not FIG registered) Aerobic DANCE/ Aerobic STEP: Seniors Youth (the competition for Youth is not FIG registered) Upon request steps can be borrowed from the LOC. All Gymnasts must have a valid FIG licence until the end of the event. Competition Rules: FIG Code of Points Exception: In Aerobic DANCE and STEP groups of 5 to 8 people are allowed. Page 2 of 6..

3 Judges and Juries: All delegations have to send at least one judge. All judges must have a current valid FIG brevet at the time of the event. Registration deadlines: Definitive registration: August 26, 2016 Nominative registration: September 30, 2016 Entry Fees: Aerobic Gymnastics EUR 20,- IW, IM EUR 30,- MP EUR 40,- TR EUR 60,- GR Aerobic DANCE/ Aerobic STEP: EUR 50,- per formation Aerobic DANCE/STEP Accreditation: Event Format: The accreditation will take place at the Kufstein- Arena upon arrival of each delegation. There is no limitation to participants per category and nation. If more than 8 participants: Finals of best 8 (2 per nation) + 1 Austrian athlete, if not in finals. 4 Visa for Austria: Insurance: International Transportation: Local Transportation: Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Austrian Embassy in your country, if a visa is required for your travel to Austria. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each delegation, provided that the request is made until August 26, 2016 to the LOC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, home address, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Members. The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the Delegation Members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation Members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the LOC in advance. The LOC will subsequently offer insurance at the Federations own charge of EUR 5,-/person/day. The invited participating federations must pay the travel costs of their delegation members. Upon request transportation from Vienna airport, Munich airport or Salzburg airport will be provided by the Organizing Committee at extra cost. For request please contact the LOC. The costs must be paid to the LOC by September 30, The Hotels of Cat. A are in Walking distance to the venue. Transportation for delegations staying in Cat. B will be provided by the LOC. Accommodation in Cat. C. can only be booked if the delegations are travelling with their own cars/bus. Page 4 of 6..

5 Accommodation: The invited participating federations must pay for the accommodation expenses of their delegation members. The costs per person and night in the different hotel categories are as follows: Category A (incl. breakfast, in walking distance to the venue): EUR 60,- (single room) EUR 55,- (double room) Category B (incl. breakfast): EUR 55,- (single room) EUR 50,- (double room) Category C (Apartments, only for delegations with own bus): EUR 30,- (double room) The accommodation form must be returned to the LOC by August 26, 2016 at the latest. 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee not later than August 26, 2016 (Definitive Entry deadline). Entries without the payment of 50% of the Accommodation costs will be considered as invalid and therefore be refused. The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The remaining 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee not later than September 30, 2016 (Nominative Entry deadline). Meals: The invited participating federations must pay for the meal expenses of their delegation members. The price for one meal is EUR 15,-. The meals are offered on Saturday, October 29, 2016 (lunch, dinner) and Sunday, October 30, 2016 (lunch) and will be served at the competition place. The meal form must be returned to the LOC by September 30, 2016 at the latest. The costs for the meals must be paid to the LOC by September 30, Cancellation Policy: After the deadline for the definitive entry, no costs will be reimbursed. Page 5 of 6..
