With F1 FanZone s in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the first time ever, it takes the F1 experience to more people in the UAE than ever before; an invaluable opportunity for sponsors. F1 FANZONE WILL TAKE OVER THE EMIRATES IN NOVEMBER 2015, AND ENGAGE WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN EVER BEFORE.

The site overlooks the ultra-modern high rise buildings of Duabi with incredibly high foot fall, and an attractive marina as the back drop. With free entry and all day entertainment and activities for all ages, F1 FanZone is designed to attract the widest possible demographic of visitors over the 3 days: Motor sport and racing enthusiasts Tourists who experience local flavour Families who seek enjoyable weekend activities Casual fans, who enjoy being part of the F1 atmosphere and special events Business professionals, who utilize F1 events as incentives and networking opportunities
6 F1 FANZONE ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT PODIUM PHOTO FINISH The perfect photo-op awaits fans as they climb to the top step of the podium with a trophy. This popular activity really comes to life with each participant proudly wearing a racing suit with your company logo. F1 SIMULATORS Sixteen linked F1 simulators - branded with your logo - will allow guests to feel what its like to be a F1 driver and using the same technology adopted by F1 teams for training and the advanced graphics allow fans to experience the virtual thrill of racing around the Yas Marina circuit. They even get the chance to race against an F1 driver.
7 F1 FANZONE ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT PIT STOP CHALLENGE This challenge allows fans to experience life in the pit lane, as teams compete to quickly and efficiently change the tyres of a Formula One car in a real life setting - against the clock, or against other participating teams. F1 DRIVER FITNESS The fitness, diet and dexterity levels of the drivers, the safety and support required to compete and the team of professionals who support the helmeted heroes will be revealed in a number of interactive experiences and presentations throughout the event.
8 F1 FANZONE ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT MEGA DRIVE Each game on this last for 5 minutes as a timed challenged. The aim is to see how many laps you can complete within the 5 minute time frame. There will be competitions and prizes throughout the course of the event. KIDS DRIVING SCHOOL Kids will have the opportunity to obtain their first driving license by driving our electric powered F1 cars around our custom built F1 circuit. These cars are suitable for Kids aged 3-10 years. Staff will photograph and print the licenses and the challenge will run throughout the day. There will be a maximum of 2 cars on the track at any one point with 4 more cars on charge to replace them when the batteries run low. This ensures constant use.
9 F1 FANZONE ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT F1 SHOW CAR The Show Car Photo Opportunity is a great opportunity to drive traffic to both your website and social media pages. SLOT-CAR COMPETITION An 8 lane slot track competition, the Slot-car is a popular showcase of live racing displayed on a large screen above the track. Fans of all ages can enjoy the head-to-head competition, accompanied by commentary from the track marshal.
10 F1 FANZONE ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT F1 MOTION SIMULATOR & PIT WALL The motion simulators are a key component of F1 race driver training programs and fans will have their driving skills put to the test! Listen in on real time communication with the driver and principle on the Motion Simulator. It also allows delegates to see live telemetry data from the car and get a feel for the processing and communicating of the information. 16 LINKED PLAYSEAT SIMULATORS The ultimate F1 racing challenge. 16 people race against each other simultaneously, creating a brilliant sense of competition and thrill. This activity is an efficient way of collecting mass data, and running leader board competitions.

12 F1 FANZONE SOCIAL MEDIA AMPLIFICATION & DATA CAPTURE A Facebook platform that enables almost exponential amplification of the F1 FanZone experience by linking on site data capture directly with visitors OWN Facebook pages, sponsors pages and official event pages IN REAL TIME. In addition, the platform enables visitors to register just the once for multiple on-site activities or touch points, speeding up registration procedures and allowing for further brand engagement. The system captures any data required, including name, address and photograph of the participant.
