2 THE DUBAI AIRSHOW 2015 THE CENTRE OF THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY Taking place from November 2015, the fourteenth edition of the Dubai Airshow is set to be the largest in the show s 28 year history. Since its inception the event has been renowned for bringing the aerospace industry together in a truly central location - over two-thirds of the world s population lives within 8 hours flying time from Dubai and one-third lives within 4 hours. Dubai is a dynamic, business-friendly city and is the perfect host for exhibitors and visitors from the world over. The Dubai Airshow has long been recognised as an essential event on the international aerospace calendar - a meeting place for the industry and given its position at the centre of a number of markets that continue to grow and invest, it offers the perfect opportunity to build both new relationships and your business. Our new venue at Dubai World Central (DWC) is located at the heart of the future site of the World Expo in 2020 this world class exhibition space has given us the opportunity to further grow the Dubai Airshow as well as providing numerous benefits to show attendees with easy access from many areas of Dubai, a spacious exhibition hall and larger static display along with increased parking and improved facilities. These continue to be exciting times for the aerospace industry and particularly in the Middle East where the industry continues to grow at a phenomenal rate, the Dubai Airshow has always served as a barometer to this growth and we look forward to presenting an even bigger, better Dubai Airshow to you in 2015!

3 2013 SHOW ROUND-UP The 2013 Dubai Airshow ended as the biggest event in the show s 26 year history. The event was an overwhelming success drawing 60,692 trade attendees from around the world along with 1,046 exhibitors from 60 countries to our new venue at Dubai World Central. Yet again the Dubai Airshow proved to be one where deals are made with the total order book breaking all previous records with $206.1 billion worth of orders the largest in any air show history. Delegations at the show are invited by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces; our dedicated Delegation Liaison team is available to exhibitors in the lead up to and during the show working to facilitate as many requests as possible for this highly demanded programme. In 2013, 254 military and civil delegations attended the Dubai Airshow an increase of 31% on the previous event.
