2 ADEE ANNUAL MEETING EXHIBITION INFORMATION CONFERENCE VENUE Domaine de Rockefeller (Rockefeller Campus) J.F. Cier Building 8 Avenue Rockefeller Lyon, France Distance from the airport: 25 Km. Duration of transfer: 30 minutes Please see location maps on page 4 below or visit annual meetings link. GENERAL INFORMATION Exhibition space is available on the ground floor of the Conference venue near the main auditorium. EXHIBITION INFORMATION Exhibition Stands Exhibition stands are available as space only configurations of 2.0 m wide x 2.0 m deep. Tables and two chairs can be made available at no extra charge. Please note that stands will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is strongly recommended. Electrical Supply The electrical current in France is 220 volts, 50 Hz (AC). Power sockets take European continental type plugs with 2 round prongs. Hazardous Equipment Any exhibitor proposing to exhibit equipment, using gases (including compressed air), laser equipment, radiological equipment, or biohazards should provide details in advance to the Exhibition Organiser, for approval by the Safety Officer. Fax and Photocopying The conference secretariat is available at the conference venue to cater for all your business requirements. DELIVERIES Storage space is limited and available only upon prior request. You must notify the Local Organising Committee Exhibition Coordinator Mme. Solange Perrel solange.perrel@univ-lyon1.fr by 20 th August if you wish to dispatch goods / packages for advance delivery to the meeting venue. Packages will be accepted from Monday 27 th to Wednesday 29 th August, 2012, during opening hours of the storage platform (i.e. from 7:00 to 15:00). STAND PERSONNEL The Exhibition Package provides complimentary registration for two Exhibition Staff per exhibitor in addition to lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments daily.
