8 Booking Form Please call Our Christmas Co-ordinator to make your provisional booking. This will be held for a maximum of 14 days. To confirm your reservation please complete this form and send it together with a 10 deposit for each guest. Please contact us should you wish to pay your deposit by credit card. Number of rooms: TERMS & CONDITIONS How to Book Please telephone the hotel to check availability for your chosen dates and to make a provisional reservation. To make a booking send the hotel (a) your deposit of one night per person for Residential Packages, or (b) a nonrefundable deposit of per person for Parties or Events (or the full cost of the Event if the cost is less than 10.00). For all Packages, Parties & Events, full payment of the balance is required at least 14 days prior to the event or by Monday 16th November 2015, whichever is the earlier. Pre-orders for food and beverages are required at least 14 days prior to the event. Terms and Conditions of Booking 1. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. 2. Parties & Events: Bookings not paid in full by 14 days prior to the event or by 16th November 2015, whichever is the earlier, will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained by the hotel. 3. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending, unless the hotel is able to resell the space. 4. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks, entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party. 5. All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities. All statutory licensing regulations apply. 6. The information in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. The hotel reserves the right to amend its packages, Parties & Events and prices at any time before booking. Bookings are subject to availability and prices quoted at the time of booking. Except in respect of changes to the rate of VAT, prices will not change once a booking has been confirmed. 7. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend the contents of a Party, Event or Package or to cancel an event or package for any reason, for example if there is a shortfall in the minimum numbers required to operate a programme. In such circumstances you may choose at your sole discretion an alternative date and/or venue, subject to availability. Or request a full refund of the money paid to the hotel. 8. All prices for Christmas & New Year Accommodation are in s per person per night based on two people sharing a twin or double-bedded room. When no single rooms are available, individual guests can usually book a twin or double-bedded room at a supplementary charge. Prices on application. 9. Residential Stay over Rates are only available when booked for stays as extensions to bookings for the Christmas or New Year programmes featured. 10. On Room Only Residential Packages, up to 2 children aged 12 years and under are accommodated free in shared accommodation with one or two adults on the basis of one child per adult, subject to availability of a suitable room. A charge of 5.00 per child (aged 2-12) applies on any Bed & Breakfast Residential Package. 11. Some programmes may not be suitable for children. Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the General Manager, whose decision is final. Please contact the hotel for prices and availability. 12. All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure. 13. Menus shown in this brochure and/or in other published material relating to these events and packages are only to provide an indication of the dishes likely to be featured. Dependent on market and product availability, the hotel reserves the right to amend such dishes and/or to offer suitable alternatives which will be advised in good time prior to the stated Event or Package. 14. Some of our dishes may contain ingredients which could cause an allergic reaction. Guests subject to allergies are advised to check beforehand so that alternative ingredients or dishes can be provided. 15. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the 20%. If the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly. 16. Guests are recommended to have and be responsible for insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment and loss of baggage, personal effects and money when taking an Event or Package featured in this brochure. Please contact your insurance company or brochure for further information. 17. In the interest of safety of guests, food and drinks are strictly prohibited from the dance area. In the event of any spillage of food or drinks on the dance floor, guests are to inform any member of the hotel staff immediately. 18. Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you and your guests taken in the aggregate, is limited to the price of your booking. 19. The hotel will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. 20. Please address any comments to the hotel s General Manager during your visit or in writing within 7 days of the event.
