9 Terms and Conditions Bedford has built an outstanding reputation with more than 20 years experience servicing corporate and private events. Our food is freshly prepared each day by our dedicated Chef and presented to the highest standards. Our kitchens located in the Adelaide foothills provides easy access to all areas within and around Adelaide via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles. We provide delicious food for all occasions from working lunches to wedding receptions, buffets to formal dining. Confirmation All bookings are required to be confirmed a minimum of 10 working days prior to the scheduled event. Menu Selections and Service Requirements Final numbers, menu choices, special dietary requirements and service requirements are to be confirmed 5 working days before your event. Serviced Events A team of serving staff and an Event Coordinator can be dedicated to serving your event. Please contact us for a quote. Minimum Order $300 minimum order is required for free delivery within Adelaide and the metropolitan area between the hours 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. A $50 surcharge may apply to orders under this minimum or outside of these areas. Additional surcharges may apply to orders outside of the specified times or on weekends and public holidays. Cancellation Cancellations of bookings must be in writing and received 5 working days before your event to avoid incurring costs. A 100% cancellation fee may apply to cancellations received with less than 5 working days notice.

With the exception of clients with approved Bedford accounts. Function Facilities Available Bedford also operates Balyana Conference Centre in Clapham. Balyana is the perfect location for any event with several versatile function rooms as well as an outdoor alfresco and patio area. Please contact us for further information.
