2 General Wedding Guidelines Weekend Weddings ~ Ceremony conducted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday Room Block / Food & Beverage Requirements A weekend wedding ceremony and reception (maximum of two (2) venues, not including Bahia Ballroom) requires a minimum of fifteen (15) guestrooms per night, staying for a minimum of three (3) nights each.* A Food & Beverage minimum of $15,000 from catered events (excluding tax and service charges) is required. A weekend wedding ceremony and reception (maximum of two (2) venues, including Bahia Ballroom) requires a minimum of (20) guestrooms per night, staying for a minimum of three (3) nights each.* A Food & Beverage minimum of $18,000 from catered events (excluding tax and service charges) is required. Special discounted Wedding Room Rates are offered for all of your guests! *Actual number of guestrooms required will depend upon your total expected attendance. Midweek Weddings ~ Ceremony conducted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday Special concessions to the requirements above can be made should you desire a midweek wedding. Requirements are outlined on the last page of this document. There are no Rabbis in the Los Cabos area. A Rabbi must be provided by the bride and groom for a Jewish wedding ceremony. 4 Event Locations continued Agua Upper Pool Deck * Agua Lower Pool Deck* Overlooking the Agua infinity-edge pool and the Sea of Cortez, this stunning location is available for parties with a minimum of 30 guests, and can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktail receptions and dinners. *Available evenings only. A $1,000 set-up charge (plus 11% tax) is required. Event start times for this location are seasonal. Chapel Terrace The Chapel Terrace is an iconic feature of One&Only Palmilla and does not incur set-up charge with a minimum of 20 guests. Maximum occupancy: 80 guests (dinner), 100 guests (cocktail reception).

5 Event Locations continued North Beach* South Beach* Two stunning beach locations to choose from! Our North Beach can accommodate up to 100 guests. The South Beach is available for a minimum of 40 guests and can accommodate up to 240 guests. *Available evenings only. A $1,000 set-up charge (plus 11% tax) is required. Event start times for Beach locations are seasonal. Taxes, Gratuities and Service Charges ~ 11% tax will be added to all group events, banquet functions and services where noted. ~ 18% service charge will be added to all catered events or banquet functions. ~ $4 delivery charge per room for all gifts (if supplied by wedding party). Resort policies ~ Rates are quoted in US Dollars ~ Special Wedding Rates are offered to all wedding parties with a minimum of ten (10) guestrooms per night. ~ All prices for food & beverage, flowers, music and ancillary services must be provided by the resort and are quoted exclusive of tax and service charge. ~ A wedding contract must be signed and the initial deposit received, before group s guestrooms and function space are considered definite. ~ One&Only Palmilla s pool and beach services are available strictly to guests staying at the resort.

6 Midweek Weddings ~ Ceremony conducted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday To reserve a wedding with 13 to 25 guests ~ A minimum of twenty-one (21) room nights (at least seven (7) guestrooms per night) arriving Sunday or Monday departing Wednesday or Thursday. A food & beverage minimum of $7,500 (excluding tax and service charge) is required. Group Room Rates do not apply. To reserve a wedding with 26 to 50 guests ~ A minimum of thirty (30) room nights (at least ten (10) guestrooms per night) arriving Sunday or Monday departing Wednesday or Thursday. A food & beverage minimum of $11,250 (excluding tax and service charge) is required. Group Room Rates do apply. To reserve a wedding with 51 to 200 guests ~ A minimum of forty (40) room nights (at least ten (10) guestrooms per night) arriving Sunday or Monday departing Wednesday or Thursday. A food & beverage minimum of $15,000 (excluding tax and service charge) is required. Group Room Rates do apply.
