3 BALLROOM: Strategically laid out, the Grand Ballroom can be used as one large room or divided into smaller rooms for more intimate sessions. The elegantly appointed event space can comfortably accommodate 400 attendees classroom style or up to 700 attendees theater style. The Grand Ballroom also has two connecting indoor and outdoor areas with ample space for vendors, registration or networking; allowing your event to run seamlessly. 6 PAYMENT STRUCTURE A $ non-refundable deposit shall be made upon signature of Event Contract to confirm your date and space requirements (made out to Puff n Stuff Catering). 50% of balance due thirty (30) days prior to event 100% of balance due ten (10) days prior to event Events will not be held if full payment has not been received. Any difference in the estimated bill at 14 days out must be paid in full prior to commencement of event. SALES TAX A 7% Florida state sales tax will be applied to all food, beverage, event fees and additional needs. CANCELLATIONS A charge of $ will be incurred for cancelling the event once the contract has been signed. A charge of 50% of your total event value will be incurred for cancelling the event within thirty (30) days of the event. A charge of 75% of your total event value will be incurred for cancelling the event within fourteen (14) days of the event. FACILITY SET-UP If a change from the original room set-up is requested on the day of your event, a $ labor charge will be added to the final bill. In the event of a substantial fluctuation in the number of attendees, the facility also reserves the right to charge additional set-up or room rental fees. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Your Special Event Planner can provide you with resources for additional services including: Floral, Centerpieces, Linens, Chairs, Décor and Design Photography and Videography DJs and Entertainment Transportation and Shuttle Services Hotel Recommendations AV Equipment and Support Staff from Event Resource Group

No outside food or beverage is permitted with the exception of the wedding cake. Attending to affairs of all sizes, including corporate, social, gala and fundraising events and weddings, they provide professional service with a personal touch.
