2 Deposits/Cancellations In order to secure your event, a deposit and signed contract on behalf of Mandile s must be received. Deposits are non-refundable. Guarantee The final guaranteed number of guests must be received by Mandile s via phone, fax, or four business days prior to your function; otherwise, the guest count listed on contract will be considered your guarantee. Event s will be charged actual guest count in case it surpasses the guaranteed number of guests. Sales Minimum Each function reserves a Sales Minimum based on a variety of factors, but not limited to the day of the week and or month, meal period, and chose venue space. The sales minimum represents the minimum dollar amount that must be spent to secure a particular venue space. If the sales minimum is not met, a room fee may be added to the final bill. Only Mandile s food, beverage, and other in house sales will count towards the sales minimum; tax and gratuity do not apply. Chef Requests At Mandile s, we believe every guest deserves to enjoy fresh, house made authentic Italian cuisine served in abundance. If you or any of your guests have a dietary restriction, allergy, or dietary preference please inform a team member and our chef will be ecstatic to accommodate your needs. Preferred Third Party Vendors Mandile s frequently works with an experienced list of third party vendors to provide specialty items and services for our functions. Flowers, linens, dj s, live bands, etc, are a highlight of what we offer. For a list of vendors please inquire through one of our team members. Audio Visual Equipment Mandile s is able to supply audio-visual support for most functions. For a complete list of inventory and pricing please inquire through one of our team members. Audio Visual equipment must be finalized 7 business days before function. Event Fee Food, beverages and other services provided by Mandile s will be subject to state and local taxes along with a 20% gratuity fee retained in it s entirety by Mandile s for staff, set up, and administration expenses related to hosting your function.
