1 Fairgrounds PVA LETNANY, Beranových 667, Praha 9 - Letňany INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXHIBITORS STAND SET-UP TIMES November 18 th to 23 th 2009 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Last day of set-up time DISMANTLING TIMES November 29 th 30 th 2008 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., it is possible to begin dismantling already on Saturday, November 28 th after 4 p.m. NOT EARLIER!!! OPENING HOURS Entry for visitors: November 24 th - November 27 th, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., November 28 th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entry for exhibitors and their staff : November 24 th - from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. November 25 th - November 29 th daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you are not able to keep this time schedule for important reasons, please inform the project manager and we will arrange a satisfactory compromise. CLOSING HOURS The total area of Fairgrounds is closed - during the stand set up and dismantling times from 8 p.m to 8 a.m. - during the trade fair from 7 p.m. - 8 a.m. ENTRANCE FEE day ticket CZK 80,- reduced ticket (for students, pensioners, soldiers) CZK 40,- permanent admission ticket CZK 150,- REGISTRATION Registration place will be situated at the entrance hall (FOYER) and will be opened for the whole period of set-up time, exhibition and dismantling time. The exhibitor will obtain ordered amount of exhibitor passes, parking cards for exhibitors cars (see enclosed form, in case of need and request, it will be possible to buy limited amount of parking cards at the Fairground by cash payment). Exhibitor will also obtain 1 fair catalogue in printed form for free, as well as other informative materials and documents.

2 Before starting the stand construction are all exhibitors or installation firms obliged to take over the exhibition space within the registration at the entrance hall (FOYER). Please, note the organiser will take back only absolutely clean area! Thank you for your understanding. INSTALLATION PASSES You will pick up them during the registration from 18 th to 23 th November 2009 in the office of management in the Foyer of the entrance hall at the Fairground PVA Letnany. Inform the installation firm which installs your stand that when sticking carpets to the floor of the hall, it must stick paper tape on double-sides tape (as a result of removal after dismantling). If this instruction won t be accepted, you will be charged for the costs of removal. EXHIBITORS PASSES You will pick up them during the registration from 18 th to 23 th November 2009 in the office of management in the Foyer of the entrance hall at the Fairground PVA Letnany. Exhibitors passes are given in a certain amount according to sqm: up to 15 sq. - 3 PCs. free of charge. For every additional 8 sq. you get one more PC. free of charge. A fee of 3 EUR / 80,- CZK/ is charged for every additional pass ordered. FREE ADMISSION TICKETS for your customers were sent to you according to your request. FAX: ENTRANCE OF VEHICLES TO FAIRGROUND AREA During set-up: from Wednesday 18 th till Sunday 22 nd November 2009 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday 23 rd November 2009(last day of set-up) DEPOSIT entrance on deposit 1.000,- Kč for period of 3 hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., in case of exceeding 3 hours, the deposit will not be returned. on Monday 23 rd November 2009 for the reasons of traffic control only vehicles up to a weigh of 3,5 t will be permitted to access to the premises of the Exhibition Grounds During exhibition period: 24 th 28 th November DEPOSIT /Does not apply to exhibitors with valid parking card/ on 24 th November 2009 entrance on deposit 1000,- CZK in period between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

3 from 25 th to 28 th November 2009 entrance on deposit 1000,- CZK in period between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. During dismantling: Saturday 28 th November Monday 30 th November 2009 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday 28 th November 2009, for the reasons of traffic control only vehicles up to a weigh of 3,5 t will be permitted to access to the premises of the Exhibition Grounds NOTICE: the parking place (non-supervised) will be reserved for exhibitors cars inside the Fairground area. after the end of assembling times (set-up and dismantle) all the vehicles must leave the Fairground area. night parking in the Fairground area is prohibited. In case of not keeping this prohibition, a vehicle will be pulled away. during gathering of the exhibits to the Fairground we recommend you to unload and park your car at one of the parking places inside the Fairground area. PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS You can order the parking card in the form C2 of the Order Catalogue of Services. The price for a parking card is CZK (payed in cash by the management/registration place during the set up). This permission is valid during the exhibition 24 th to 28 th November WASTE REMOVAL In relation to the set-up and dismantle, we kindly ask exhibitors, whose stands are not built by organiser, to remove the construction waste and extensive packaging materials by their realisation companies. Containers will be placed at the Fairgrounds near the halls ONLY during set-up times. During Dismantle times it is strictly forbidden to place construction materials in the waste bins (with the exception of minor waste). It is possible to liquidate the construction material via the organiser of the trade fair for a fee CZK per 1 c.m. Thank you for understanding. The connection of the electric lines to the booth s distributor will be effected exclusively by Fairgrounds. For the el. power and consumption there is a lump sum rate. Please, note that for 6 kw and more is necessary to order the switch board! WATER CONSUMPTION/WATER INSTALLATION Can be ordered see the Order Catalogue of Services forms B1 and B2. Installation will be carried out by plumbers of Fairgrounds. There are lump sum rates for water supply and consumption for the duration of the fair.

PRESS INFORMATION Exhibitors will have the opportunity of placing their company materials in a press centre. INSURANCE We recommend you to insure your exhibits at the insurance company in your country. Foreign exhibitors are supposed to make an insurance contract in their countries. NO SMOKING, NO OPEN FIRE No smoking and working with an open fire in the indoor areas/halls.
