Perform the hrdwre instlltion through the initil ink fill, ut power off the printer prior to connecting it to the computer vi USB nd instlling the softwre. 3 The following instructions descrie how to instll CS Print nd Color Mnger for use with the Swgrss Virtuoso HD Product Decorting System. Swgrss CretiveStudio hs two components: 1. CS Print nd Color Mnger 2. CretiveStudio Online Designer CretiveStudio is comptile with most widely-ville internet rowsers. However, Swgrss strongly recommends using Google Chrome. CretiveStudio Online Designer is uilt using the ltest HTML5 technology nd mny other rowsers do not fully support HTML5. Before eginning the instlltion process, ensure tht you re using the ltest version of Google Chrome rowser. Click here to downlod Google Chrome. To confirm tht you re using the ltest version of Chrome, click the Chrome menu on the rowser toolr nd select Aout Google Chrome. The pge should indicte tht your rowser is up to dte. For more informtion out Google Chrome, click here. Notice - Desktop Applictions The CS Print nd Color Mnger uses print files from CretiveStudio Online Designer, nd cnnot e used to print jos from other pplictions, including Adoe Photoshop nd CorelDRAW. If you need to work with desktop printing pplictions, use the Swgrss PowerDriver-v4 workflow. Tips - Internet Connection Speed Visit to check your connection speed. Designs with photos or simple vector grphics render quickly, even on the minimum recommended internet connection speeds. However, designs with numerous elements or complex vector imges my render slowly on slower internet connections. Access the Swgrss wesite t Click on Get Support in the nvigtion r. Follow the Product Support Wizrd to select your ink (), printer (), operting system (c), nd color correction type (d). See Figure 1. License Manager Installation and Setup The Network License (concurrent-user) version of e-dpp hs hrdwre key plugged to the computer running the License Mnger softwre. In the e-dpp terminology, this computer is clled the License Mnger Server.
