Interim Solutions operates across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Coventry & Warwickshire regions, recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, Service, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers/ Managers. We are also experienced in placing Fabricators and Welders. 5 Headquartered in China, Huawei is a multinational telecommunications business. They approached AD Engineering in August of 2014 after struggling to find an experienced energy professional who would fit the brief of their Sales Manager vacancy in Reading. As specialist recruiters in niche vertical markets, AD Engineering immediately conducted an in-depth market analysis and identified a number of high-calibre sales managers from all over the UK. Eventually, this enabled them to present a considered shortlist of four potential candidates who they believed could add significant value to Huawei Within a few weeks, the business offered the role to one of the shortlisted individuals who was not originally an active jobseeker and who had previously been working for a direct competitor.
