NRL provides recruitment and training to the nuclear, ME&I, construction, rail and power generation disciplines. Petrolic specialises in providing recruitment to the oil & gas, mining & minerals and petrochemical sectors. 4

We currently have sponsors/ local service agents in Saudi, Qatar and the UAE which allows us to deliver compliant payroll solutions in line with local and national legislation. As part of our offering we can also manage the full mobilisation process including visa applications. As a global recruiter we are always looking for ways to add value to our recruitment service and therefore we are one of a few agencies that have attained full accreditation with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). The goal of the POEA is to promote and monitor the overseas employment of Filipino workers and as such no Filipino can exit the Philippines without approval from the POEA. By gaining accreditation NRL have gained access to a highly skilled and motivated work force.
