3 About Us A young, vibrant, specialist London based agency to the Computing Software sector; providing and placing market-leading Software Testers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance talent around the world. We assist organisations to attract suitable passive talent in the market, rather than being limited to a list of candidates that are actively seeking jobs. Compliance takes many forms and insurance is a close second to taxation. We feel it is a temptation for agencies, small, medium and large alike, to contractually pass this responsibility down the chain to the freelancers they supply. However this is not a route we take or advocate, and we have full industry insurances in place for all our personnel (please see our insurance certificate)*. From large-scale End-to-End projects to smaller Analytical Tests, the scale may be different but the importance of completing these to a high standard remains the same. 13 SLA to Supplying Personnel We can scale same day positions in the event of somebody being off sick. We have an availability system that has a constant rotation of contractors for everyday. We have various strategic/technical questionnaires and surveying methods we use to measure staff and customer requirements to make sure that performance is always at it s best. We can provide on-site coordinators that will manage stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, making sure that all teams are in sync, identifying training needs, dealing with requirements on-site. This is a separate cost for this service. If a candidate is meant to engage in an assignment or the project has been terminated for whatever reason, the candidate will be sourced into a new opportunity.
