The land was occupied by the Habsburg family as a weekend retreat around The way to the clubhouse leads through a gorgeous avenue of 200 year old Sycamore trees. 6 The 18 hole championship course was designed by renowned architect, Hans Georg Erhardt and was opened in The expert shaping of the course was carried out by an English company, Southern Golf. Golfers can observe that great care has been taken by the Head Greenkeeper, Zoltán Laczkó imparting his knowledge and vast experience to the pristine condition of the fairways and greens. Pannonia Golf & CC is proud to have been the host of the Hungarian Open Amateur Championship in 2011 and 2012, which was organised with great success. After 2,3 km take a left turn to road 811 (towards Székesfehérvár). Follow the road for the next 7,5 km, then take a left turn to Béke street in the centre of Alcsútdoboz. Pannonia Golf & Country Club is situated to the right, after a 2 km drive. 9 From Vienna (181 km): Take highway A4/E60 towards Hegyeshalom, cross the former border, drive further on M1/E75, take exit Bicske (at 39 sign). After 2,3 km take a left turn to road 811. Follow the road for the next 7,5 km, then take a left turn to Béke street in the centre of Alcsútdoboz. From Bratislava (138 km): Take highway E65 towards Budapest cross the former border at Hegyeshalom, continue on highway M1/E75, take exit Bicske (at 39 sign). 13 PLAYER INFORMATION Bus Shuttle Service Bus shuttle service will be provided free of charge for participants and accompanying officials during the championship. Catering Buffet breakfast will be served for early birds at the hotels from 6.30 am. and at the club house from 7.00 am (à la carte). Buffet lunch will be served at the club house for 10 / person /day every day. Dinner will be available at the hotels from 6.00 pm to pm. 12 Dress Code A reasonable standard of golf clothes (no jeans) is required at all times on the course and in the club house. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Team uniforms are requested for ceremonies. Drug Abuse The guidelines on drug abuse are the same as applicable at all European Championships and International Matches. Players are prohibited to enhance their performance by taking drugs. The Hungarian guidelines on banned substances are applicable, and the players attention is drawn to the list of drugs issued by the Hungarian Sports Council. A copy of the guideline is available upon request or please visit: MNXY2MEZaS2tzdFcvZFZGSTFhMUdTZVRVNEhBPT0= Further information is available at the office of the Hungarian Golf Federation: : hungolf@hungolf.hu : Practice A player who is competing in the European Boys Team Championship Division 2 will not be allowed to practice on the championship course for a period of thirty days before the official practice round of the tournament, unless he or she is member of the club at which the championship is being played. Practice tee times will be available on 8, September During practice rounds only one ball shall be in play with the following exception: if a player misses the green with his shot to the green, he may play one additional shot. Practice balls will be available free of charge at the driving range. Practice balls cannot be used on the championship course.

14 Facilities and Services on the Golf Course Live Scoring recording will be placed after holes: 6, 9, 13, 18. Refreshment will be available at every live scoring point. Additional toilets will be available at the starting point of holes: 6, 10, 14. Press Office Located in the Event Tent next to the Clubhouse Journalists have to return the Press requirements form duly completed (page 20) to the office of the HGF by fax or before, Monday, 1 st September Golf Bag Storage Golf bag storage will be available in the club house. Golf Shop Golf shop with a limited range of golf equipment and clothing is located in the club house. Information Center and Recording The information center is located at the reception in the club house of the Pannonia Golf & Country Club: Registration / Starting times / Results / General information Recording will also be organized in this area. Locker Room Locker rooms are located in the club house. Medical Certificate According to Hungarian law a Medical Certificate is required for all players entering an International Championship or National Competition in Hungary. Each player has to return the enclosed Medical Certificate Form duly completed by a Doctor (page 21) to the Hungarian Golf Federation by fax or before Thursday, 4th September Tournament and Rules Officials Tournament Officials desk: located in the tournament office. Rules Officials are appointed by the HGF. Chief Referee will be Mr Gábor Gágyor. Trolleys Manual trolleys will be available for free of charge.

15 Website Tournament information, draws, results and pictures will be available on the Hungarian Golf Federation s website during the tournament: Conditions of Competition Groove and Punch Mark Condition: The groove and punch mark Condition in Decision 4 1/1 of the Decisions on the Rules of Golf (page 70) is in effect. Please check the information available on the R&A website here: Search/Informational Clubs.aspx 14 Communications: The use of mobile radio transmitters (walkie talkies) by the Team Players, Team Captain or Team Advisor is prohibited during the Championship. Entries Entries should be done on the EGA Online Entry System no later than Monday, 25 th August: golf.ch/entryforms/login.aspx The Entry / Team Details (which will be accepted on the official entry form only, page 17) must reach the Hungarian Golf Federation s office at the address stipulated on the entry form no later than 10 days before the first practice round, Thursday, 4 th September 2014, 18:00. Teams who are not able to finalize their selection until the above mentioned deadline can ask for an extension. The Team Fee is 1200 EUR per team composed of 6 players plus one Team Advisor or Team Captain including green fee, free usage of driving range. The Team Fee should be paid by bank transfer to the HFG s bank account by Monday, 1 st September (For further details please see the team form on page 17.) All entries shall be subject to the approval of the Championship Committee which reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without giving reason for its decision, which shall be final. 1.1 Eligibility of Teams The Championship is open to European Golf Association (EGA) Member National Golf Authorities whose team has not qualified for the following year s European Boys Team Championship, i.e., the team did not: a) place 1st to 13th in the current year s European Boys Team Championship; b) compete in the current year s European Boys Team Championship; or the national member golf authority was not: c) selected by the EGA to host the following year s European Boys Team Championship. See Section 2.1 for qualifying awards.

16 1.2 Eligibility of Players All players nominated to teams by their national golf authority must be: a) amateur golfers in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited; b) citizens of the country represented. Players with dual citizenship may only represent one country per year; c) playing with a handicap of 16.0 or better; d) under the age of 18 years at 0.00 hours on 1 January, the year of the championship. Penalty for Breach of Condition: Disqualification of player. 15 For further information on the format of the competition please see the Conditions of Competition. Advice Each team may appoint a Team Advisor who may give advice to members of that team from either: a) a Team Captain, who must be an amateur golfer in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited; or b) another person who may or may not be a professional golfer. Exception: that person may not walk on a putting green. If appointed, a Team Advisor must be identified to the Committee prior to the start of the Championship and the position must not be interchanged. Note: A Team Captain may be named in addition to a Team Advisor. Only the Team Advisor may offer advice. Please refer to 1.6 for caddying permissions. Any other person accompanying the team is considered as a spectator and should behave accordingly. Penalty for Breach of Condition: Match Play Loss of hole; Stroke Play Two strokes.

17 Caddies: a) No caddies are permitted except for fellow team players. b) Electric golf trolleys are not permitted. Penalty for Breach of Condition: Match Play At the conclusion of the hole at which the breach is discovered, the state of the match is adjusted by deducting one hole for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum deduction per round two holes. Stroke Play Two strokes for each hole at which any breach occurred; maximum penalty per round four strokes (two strokes at each of the first two holes at which any breach occurred). Match Play or Stroke Play If a breach is discovered between the play of two holes, it is deemed to have been discovered during play of the next hole and the penalty must be applied accordingly. For 1.6 (a): A player having a caddie in breach of this Condition must immediately upon discovery that a breach has occurred ensure that he conforms to this Condition for the remainder of the stipulated round. Otherwise, the player is disqualified. For 1.6 (b): Any unauthorized use of an electric golf trolley shall be discontinued immediately upon discovery that a breach has occurred. Otherwise, the player is disqualified. 16

I consent to and approve all provisions of the Entry/Eligibility Condi ons Form and undertake to ensure that the par cipant shall honour his/her obliga ons under the Entry/Eligibility Condi ons Form; d. Authority of Team Captain : I hereby irrevocably authorise the Team Captain to sign any consent forms or waivers of liability for medical treatment (including, but not limited to, x-ray examina ons, anaesthe c medical or surgical diagnosis, treatments or procedures) to be administered to the par cipant in the case of any injury or illness whilst the par cipant is in the host country for the ETC. 4. Release and Waiver: In considera on of the acceptance by the EGA to the par cipant taking part in the ETC, I irrevocably release the EGA (and their respec ve members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability (to the extent permi ed by law) for any kind of loss, injury or damage that the par cipant may suffer or be exposed to in connec on with: a. the par cipant s involvement in the ETC; or b. any medical treatment administered to the par cipant whilst the par cipant is in the host country during the course of the ETC. 5. Arbitra on: I agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising from or in connec on with this consent and authorisa on which cannot be se led amicably shall be submi ed exclusively to the Court of Arbitra on for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, for final and binding arbitra on in accordance with the Code of Sports related Arbitra on. The seat of arbitra on shall be at Lausanne, Switzerland. The decisions of the CAS shall be final, binding and non-appealable. I shall not, and I hereby waive my right to, ins tute any claim, arbitra on or li ga on, or seek any other form of relief in any other court or tribunal.
