2 OAK BROOK GOLF CLUB 2016 MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS Unlimited ResidentU ($1,475) - Residents of the Village of Oak Brook. Permits member to play without payment of additional greens fees anytime the course is open. Limited Resident SeniorU ($825) - Any Oak Brook resident 60 years or older. Senior members may play without payment of additional greens fees anytime EXCEPT before 4:00 pm Saturday & Sunday. No Holidays. ULimited Resident JuniorU ($675) - A resident minor child 21 years of age or younger. Junior members may play without payment of additional greens fees at anytime the course is open except: 1) Saturday & Sunday before 4:00 pm., 2) if under 12 years old, must be accompanied by an adult, and 3) No Holidays. Unlimited Corporate Resident U($1,725) - Full time employees whose primary employment is within the Village of Oak Brook. Permits member to play without payment of additional greens fees at anytime the course is open. Unlimited Non-ResidentU ($2,000) - Permits member to play without additional payment of greens fees anytime the course is open. ULimited Non-Resident SeniorU ($1,250) - Non-Resident 60 years and older. Limited members may play without payment of additional greens fees anytime, EXEPT Fridays after 12:00 pm, Saturdays & Sundays after 4:00 pm. No Holidays. ULimited Non-Resident Junior U($875) - Non-Resident minor child 21 years of age or younger. If under 12 years old, must be accompanied by an adult. Limited members may play without payment of additional greens fees anytime, EXCEPT Fridays after 12:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday before 4:00 pm. No Holidays. Limited Junior Range & Play Membership Package U($975) - (Resident & Non- Residents) Minor child 21 years of age or younger. If under 12 years old, must be accompanied by an adult. Limited Junior Range & Play members may play April 15 to September 15 without payment of additional greens fees anytime, EXCEPT Friday after 12:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday before 4:00 pm and No Holidays. These memberships are available to the first 30 applicants per year. A SURCHARGE OF $3.00 WILL BE CHARGED EVERY TIME A MEMBER PLAYS THE GOLF COURSE. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. MEMBERSHIP I.D. MUST BE PRESENTED BEFORE EACH ROUND NOTE: Starting on March 4, 2016 pictures for I.D. cards for NEW members will be taken at the Oak Brook Golf Club clubhouse.

4 UPACE OF PLAY: PERMANENT RESERVED STARTING TIMES The following is the recommended time allowed for each foursome to play the golf course. When choosing your permanent tee time, be sure to pick a time from the chart below that your entire group feels it can maintain the recommended pace. For example, if your group is comfortable playing at four hours and five minutes, then you should not pick the 6:00 a.m. tee time. Groups will be timed randomly for compliance. If your group falls out of compliance three times during the season, your group will be required to pick a later time next year. Please be careful in picking your time. SELECT your permanent tee time accordingly. UTEE TIMES vs. SUNLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS The first two weeks and the last four weeks of permanent tee times require an adjustment to correct for seasonal changes in the time of sunrise. April 30 and May 1 ADD 17 MINUTES May 7 and 8 ADD 8 MINUTES August 20 and 21 ADD 8 MINUTES August 27 and 28 ADD 17 MINUTES September 3 and 4 ADD 25 MINUTES September 10 and 11 ADD 34 MINUTES September 17 and 18 ADD 42 MINUTES September 24 and 25 ADD 42 MINUTES GENERAL: Permanent reserved weekend starting times are available only on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to foursomes playing 18 holes. Permanent starting times will begin on Saturday, April 30th, 2016 and will continue through Sunday, September 25th, There will be a $ deposit required for each foursome or the captain may fill out the tee time registration form to guarantee your attendance with a bank charge number. APPLICATIONS: Applications for permanent reserved starting times must be received by the golf club no later than Friday, April 1, CONDITIONS: (1) A person may apply as a member of one foursome for both Saturday and Sunday. (2) Only foursomes may apply for permanent tee time. TEE TIME FORFEITURE/NO SHOW FEE: If a tee time is not canceled at least one (1) day prior to play and the foursome does not show for play, it will be the responsibility of the foursome to fill these spots with other golfers. Should a foursome not show up or fail to fill their spot, they will be charged a no show fee of $25.00, notwithstanding the membership status of missing member(s) of the foursome. A foursome that asserts that a missing member will join the group during the round, will be charged a no show fee of $25.00 if the missing member fails to join the group by the completion of the ninth hole. A season membership will not preclude or absolve a foursome from these charges. All charges will be made by charging the foursome captain. If the captain fails to pay the bove fees, the tee time will be forfeited.
