It is also possible to book business, superior and junior suit rooms for additional 10 /room/night and for the superior junior suit additional 15 /room/night. 30 rooms are preliminary booked until 15 th of October for the participants. After that deadline the rooms will be returned and availability and the special Racketlon price cannot be guaranteed. The tournament hotel is 3km from the venue Sport11. Special Racketlon prices only available per reservation with the code RACKETLON and the credit card number as guarantee. Payment must be made directly on site in cash or with credit card. TRAVEL: by air: You will arrive at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport (Liszt Ferenc Repülőtér). The airport is located outside of Budapest so we recommend that You to take a taxi or the airport Minibus which is the cheapest. You can order these services at the lobby when You arrive to the airport. If You decide to book accommodation at the official tournament Hotel You can also order a hotel transfer on iroda@hotelrubin.hu and use again the passcode RACKETLON. by car: If You travel by car and coming from Austria on the M1 You need to go all the way to Budapest and just when You have arrived to Budapest take the first possible road to the left.

The fee can be transferred online on

5 The tournament fees can only be paid in CASH at the registration desk of the Hungarian Open before each player s first match. Pull-outs after the entry deadline and No-shows are required to pay the FULL entry fee or will be suspended for the following FIR World Tour tournaments until having paid the entry fee. All players who don t pay their entry fees at registration before their first match or their world ranking points will not be processed.
