1 Job Title Director General Reports To CEO Location Head Office Job Objective: Analyze the business environment for the Punjab Province, identifying the constraints and proposing measures for stimulating investment and boosting trade with particular focus on fully harnessing the potential for foreign investment and facilitating the existing and prospective investors and traders. Interact with the Federal, Provincial and Local Governments on behalf of investors. Analyze business environment & give recommendations to the CEO for onward submission to the Government for friendly business environment. Identification and development of trade and investment related projects through research and outreach to potential global and national sources aimed at investment and trade promotion in the Province of Punjab. Overall responsible for the performance & output of the respective wing of PBIT & to translate the vision and guidelines of the Chairman/Vice Chairman, BoD and CEO into actionable projects and programmes. Lead to maintain database of investors and projects facilitated by PBIT. Monitor the progress on MOUs/Agreements signed through facilitation by PBIT. Oversee and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner to the Finance Committee of PBIT. Ensure that all provincial government line departments and related entities are provided with the highest quality commercial guidance. Lead the team to research on various potential investment sectors in Punjab Province. Submission of monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports to the CEO for the information and timely action taken if required. Any other related assignment given by CEO/Chairman. Key Result Areas/Key Performance Indicators/ Success Criteria: Establishment of good relationship with Key investors and Federal/Provincial Govt. departments. Facilitation of One Window and Punjab China Bureau. Target/explore new markets with P&PR wing and facilitate investors in every phase/stage. Provide feedback to the organization that can help in improving the systems Master s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or any equivalent sixteen years Degree recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with foreign qualification in relevant field. Minimum 14 years experience in corporate & public sector with 5 years experience in investment and trade promotion.experience in a similar role.

2 Job Title Director (Energy) Department Projects & Policy Research Reports To Director General Location Head office Job Objective: To work closely with the Director General (P&PR) to take the leadership role for Energy sector to establish new business opportunities and facilitating new entrants and existing stakeholders in the sector with a view to boosting investment and trade. Create list of potential investors and arrange meetings. Take the lead in Energy Sector and facilitate all the queries. To develop a relationship with professional advisors. Arrange B2B meetings for match making and promotion of joint ventures. To represent the country's energy sector at relevant fora. This includes, speaking engagements and presentations to industrial growth. Close liaison with the Energy Department and other Provincial administrative departments. Preparing reports (including an annual report) and other or writing proposals for future work, justifying conclusions and providing data to the public/ clients, subject to any confidentiality restrictions. To identify and iron out impediments and bottlenecks in the project development in related fields in consultation and collaboration with local and foreign stakeholders. Any other task assigned by the management. MSc or BSc / BE in the relevant field of Engineering or Master s in Economics, Business Administration o other equivalent sixteen years Degree qualification recognized by HEC. Minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role. Thorough understanding of doing business with the government and functioning of line departments within the government along with technical background and experience in the energy sector is required.

3 Job Title Director (Infrastructure & Development) Department Projects & Policy Research Reports To Director General Location Head office Job Objective: To work closely with the Director General Project Development and to take the leadership role for this sector including sector and development roadmaps, developing new business opportunities and facilitating new entrants and existing stakeholders in the sector with a view to boosting investment and trade. Consolidate knowledge base specific to Industry sector and reinvigorate sector expertise. Assume ownership and responsibility for Industry sector specific initiatives/projects. Coordinate program implementation, planning, strategic development plans relevant to the Agribusiness sector Monitor and report progress and provide constant feedback to DG Project & Policy Research. Identify and closely work with sector relevant national and international partners, ministries and Government departments with the approval of the Management. Recommend policy initiatives and implement policies to stimulate investment and trade in the province/ Assist and coordinate in resolving issues of the stalled projects and getting them back on track Effectively propose feedback and guidance to provincial Government to the management on issues arising in the Industry sector. Provide potential investors with information about the investment climate of the province and matters relating to investment. Build relationship and agreements with investors and manage ongoing relationships. Collect and analyze data related to the flow of investment & trade. Undertake activities to foster linkages between local and foreign investors, in coordination with agencies or departments, as necessary. Manage weekly, monthly updates of the projects with best possible accuracy. Any other duties assigned by the management. MSc or BSc / BE in the relevant field of Engineering or Master s in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences or any other equivalent sixteen years Degree qualification recognized by HEC. Minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role. Thorough understanding of doing business with the government and functioning of line departments within the government along with knowledge of Infrastructure sector is required.

4 Job Title Director (One Window) Department Investor Relations Reports To Director General (Investor Relations) Location Head office Job Objective: To make a system that allows investors and traders to lodge information with a single body to fulfil all import/export or setting up a new business in Punjab Province regulatory requirements. Descriptions:- First point of contact for the new investors (either investors contact through , walk in or one window create its own clients) Well versed with the existing rules, procedures and processes to Facilitating investors in every possible manner under law of the land and policy of the Government. To advise client exporters on appropriate market entry strategies for specific markets. Matching business to Government resources and providing business to business referrals. On behalf of PBIT/Punjab Government, establish interface with all the Chambers of Punjab including Trade Associations and business communities. Develop direct contact with Foreign Embassies and the Ambassadors in Islamabad to create a linkage of PBIT and Punjab. Target Oversees Pakistanis for investment in the Punjab Province according to their requirement. Analyze business environment & give recommendations to the top management for policy reform. Well aware of all the parameters and indices rating by Pakistan. Efficiently handle all the queries of the new investors. Any other duties assigned by the management Master s Degree in Public/ Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences or any other equivalent sixteen years Degree qualification recognized by HEC Minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role. Thorough understanding of doing business with the government and functioning of line department is required Preference will be given to candidates from the public sector.

5 Job Title Additional Director-Trade Shows/Events, Department Communication & PR Collaterals & Business Development Reports To Director-Communication & PR Location Head Office Job Objective: As a persuasive and credible ambassador for the Punjab Province and will develop and execute a highly effective Communication Plan and all the supporting material required to engage internal/ external parties to achieve its ambitious investment targets. Setup, execute and monitor PBITs Annual Events Calendar. Manage Events Budget and reduce Costs by way of Sponsorships for PBIT only. Ensure proper Pre & Post Event procedures/checklists are in place and followed. Setup & Monitor each Event KPI (turnout, business generated, sponsorships etc.) Develop a repository of Business Contacts for PBIT to generate Investment/ Trade Leads Develop marketing collaterals. Assist in preparation of Annual Guide. On an ongoing bases track, monitor and organize participation in trade shows of interest for PBIT management. Manage Marketing and Business Development strategy / activities for the organization. Identify potential / targeted market and steps / measures to approach them and submit weekly/ monthly report to the Management. Organize investment / marketing conferences in Pakistan and abroad Act as the interface for all high level foreign delegations, including advance trips and follow-up-visits. Organize regional conferences and stay up to date with business activity in the region through regional networks Liason with TDAP & Other Govt of Punjab & Federal agencies to ensure PBIT is fully on board in all their Events/ Trade Show related activities Any other duties assigned by the management. Based on Research make presentations & documentation for the management and monitor industrial statistics and follow trends in trade literature. Conduct an extensive research on various trade opportunities available to PBIT for investment Presenting major findings to senior management, consistently monitored industry trends and statistics Preparing sectoral plans and policy recommendations for priority sectors of Punjab Organizing conferences and exhibitions Assist the supervisor in submission of monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports. Other duties assigned by the management. Master s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Accounting or any other equivalent sixteen years Degree qualification recognized by HEC, Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in economic / financial analysis & modeling, report writing, presentations and documentation.

8 Job Title Administrative Officer Department Investor Relations Reports To Additional Director (Admin) Location Head Office Job Objective: Responsible for managing the Admin functions of PBIT. Check security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff. Ensure provision of utility services in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, internet etc. and ensure continued supply without interruption. Check & report misuse of office facilities by staff. Repair and Maintenance of furniture, fixtures, office equipment, computers, vehicles/motorbikes/cycles, air conditioners etc. Initiate indent forms for approval from the competent authority. Supervise drivers, office boys, dispatch riders, assistant record keeper, guest relation officer, sweeper etc. and ensures efficiency on their part. Supervise kitchen functions and its inventories. Reconcile petty cash Respond to inquiries Keep close interface with all the individuals including seniors Fleet management of official vehicles, maintenance, repair, fuel issuance and process of payment. Admin officer has to be very discreet in all the admin related affairs Perform any other work assigned by the Management Key Result Areas/Key Performance Indicators/ Success Criteria: Efficient Receipt & Issue mechanism. Handling of support staff Building, cars and other inventory maintenance. Procurement as per PPRA Rules. Job Scope / Impact Smooth functioning of Admin Department as per Standard Operating procedures. BS/ BSc (Hons) / Master s Degree or any other equivalent sixteen years Degree qualification recognized by HEC At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative functions in Private or Public sector.

Up-to-date records of Log Book Vehicle condition reports Fueling the vehicles Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed Pick and drop of officers/guests Ensure hygiene and security while duty Ensure physical presence while the vehicle is under repair Report to the Admin Officer, when leaves the office Other duties assigned by the management. Candidates should have Middle certificate or equivalent, preferably having minimum three years experience in driving a vehicle and must have valid driving license
