You are also requested to fill the response against each column of questionnaire and put signature and seal of authorized signatory mentioned in schedule A,B, C, D & E. Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility: The firm submitting the offer must have and should have TIN number and class A ISP license. 2. Bid Security: The bidders are required to submit Bid Security Amount of Rs. 5000/- along with offer. The bid security should be submitted in the form of demand Draft in favour of MP Power Management Co. Ltd. payable at Jabalpur. The offer without bid security shall not be considered. 3. Rates: The rates should be quoted per unit FOR destination. 4. Taxes: The tax component should be quoted separately. 5. Quantity Variation: The quantity mentioned in the schedule may vary in order as per requirement. 6. Delivery Period: 30 Days after placing of order. 7. Payment: Within 45 days payment after expiry of each quarter and submission of invoice in triplicate. The firm would be required to submit the bill in triplicate to this office i.e. Dy. General Manager (IT),(MPPMCL), Jabalpur for making payment. 8. Consignee: DGM (IT) will be the consignee. 9. Legal Term: The MPPMCL reserves the right to reject any or all questions or accept any quotations considered advantageous to the company without assigning any reason to the supplier whatsoever..all the disputes arising (if any) in the order. Will be finalized under the jurisdiction of Jabalpur Court. It may please be noted that the quotations should be complete in all respect. Bandwidth on Demand- Requirement of Bursting the Speed for certain period as per requirement (For short Period). The Agreed Service Level offered for uptime and Loss level must be mentioned. Higher service level and low loss level would be preferred. Vendor should also provide a Real Time Monitoring System for monitoring bandwidth utilization. Also provide Hourly bandwidth utilization report on weekly basis.
