Each Delegate will pay his/her own transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport, as well as from the hotel to restaurants and from the restaurants to the hotel (transportation costs between meetings & events will be sponsored by Dannemann Siemsen). Please review our agenda. We will gather in the morning of October 09, 2015, in the lobby of the Windsor Hotel to leave for our day of meetings. However, please be alert to unexpected changes as circumstances dictate throughout the trip. It is important that we arrive at meeting locations with enough time remaining to exchange business cards and be sitting down to start the meeting on time. The meetings will be in business attire and the social events (dinners), smart casual. Have fun, and please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions.
