2 HOLIDAY SHOPPING TRIP Mall of America / Ikea Tuesday, December 3rd We will travel to both the Ikea Shopping Area & the Mall of America. This is a perfect time to enjoy the beautiful Christmas decorations at the Mall of America and maybe shop at a few unique stores in the mall. We will drop off at Ikea and then go directly to the Mall for those who do not wish to stop at Ikea. We will come back later to pick up at Ikea, before traveling back to the Mall. 3 The Phantom of the Opera Orpheum Theatre Sunday, December 15th 1:00 Production Following an acclaimed sold-out tour of the United Kingdom, Cameron Mackintosh s spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber s phenomenal musical success, The Phantom of the Opera, will make its premiere in Minneapolis as part of a brand new North American Tour. Critics are raving that this breathtaking production is bigger and better than ever before. This PHANTOM features a brilliant new scenic design by Paul Brown, Tony Award-winning original costume design by Maria Bjornson, lighting design by Tony Award winner Paule Constable, new choreography by Scott Ambler, and a new staging by director Laurence Connor. The production, overseen by Matthew Bourne and Cameron Mackintosh, boasts many exciting special effects including the show s legendary chandelier. They will have all the materials here and will help each of you design a unique holiday masterpiece. Space will be limited, so please call me for a Cost: $20 ~ This is for GNC members. If you would like to invite a friend, the cost would be $30. This will be an enjoyable & entertaining afternoon!! DONNY & MARIE Target Center Christmas in Minneapolis Saturday, December 21 st 7:30 p.m. Production Wish a dash of Christmas spirit and their trademark show-stopping production numbers, Donny & Marie Christmas features Christmas songs and cheer plus hits from their illustrious careers all mixed with the irresistible chemistry that made them international stars leading into Osmond-Mania topping the charts.
