Our Social Media Solutions is a scaled-down version of our Social Media Audit and Blueprint that were designed for more experienced users making the process easier and more cost-effective to implement for businesses just getting started with social media. SOCIAL MEDIA SOLUTIONS START-UP PACKAGE Organizational Competency Profile Identify and prioritize goals and objectives for social media to align with current traditional and online marketing strategies. Social Customer Profile Conduct an online survey of your customers to understand where, when, how and why your customers engage in online activities. SWOT Analysis Determine core opportunities to serve as the foundation for building an effective social media strategy. Social Media Platform Selection Select the most appropriate social media platforms and prioritize in terms of relevance to meeting key social media opportunities. Social Media Site Launch and Buildout 1 Create and implement an action checklist for set-up and build-out of each social media site. Social Calendar Develop a 30-day Social Content Calendar to launch social media presence. SPECIAL OFFER Because active and ongoing participation is crucial to the success of any social media effort, we are including content creation and posting for the 30-day Social Content Calendar in the Start-Up Package. 2 TOTAL COST $ 2, Limited to Facebook (limit of 2 custom tabs), LinkedIn (limit of 2 Product/Service tabs), and Twitter. 2 MONTHLY SERVICE PACKAGE Successful implementation of a social media marketing strategy requires an ongoing commitment to community participation and maintenance. Emerge Marketing can provide the resources to help you meet this ongoing commitment. MONTHLY SERVICE BASE PACKAGE Ongoing Content Creation and Posting Includes a 6-month general social content calendar and a detailed 30-day calendar created at the beginning of each month. The Base Package includes the following amount of activity: 1 blog post/week, 3 Facebook Updates/week (1 to be link to weekly blog post), 5 Twitter tweets/week (1 link to blog, 2 retweets, and 2 tweets), 1 LinkedIn Status Update/week (blog post link and post to groups) Monitoring & Measuring Social Media Activities Includes report generation and review via freely available social media monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Social Mention. TOTAL COST $ 2,000 per month ADDITIONAL SERVICES Customer Attraction and Engagement Strategies Design and implement customized Facebook Ads, contests, campaigns etc. Enhanced Content Creation & Posting Provides increased levels of content creation and posting to accommodate special events and customer attraction and engagement strategies. Social Media-Based Customer Care Initiatives Establish an effective system for monitoring customer conversations on major social media platforms and designing procedures and guidelines for quick response. Professional fees and expenses for Additional Services outlined above will be billed separately and covered under a separate agreement.
