Developed community youth program 21 st Century Youth Development Program that involved fourteen municipalities in North St. Louis County. Directed the operation of the National Youth Sports Program on campus which engaged over 400 area youth, ages 10-16, in an academic and athletic summer program. Responsible for the development and implementation of GEARUP and Student Support Services grants two of the largest grants received by STLCC. Oversaw the complete renovation of the Student Center a multi-million dollar project. Oversaw the development and implementation of a successful service learning program. Chief of Staff to the President Bunker Hill Community College, Boston, MA 6/93 10/95 Assisted the President in overseeing the administration of a 6,000 student, 300-employee institution with a $20,000,000 budget. Supervised the development and completion of required reports from the College to various external organizations. Investigated complaints on behalf of the President. Represented the President at internal/external meetings and functions. Completed the development and implementation of a revised institutional policies/procedures and human resource system. Directed the implementation of a new information technology infrastructure at the College. Oversaw development of successful Title III grant submission. 2
