To this end, we provide you with training, tools, soaware and an opportunity to market our products for generous affiliate commissions if you so choose. The PRA compensadon plan is designed to allow everyone to develop an extremely strong residual income even if you cannot make many sales yourself.

5 Residual PRA Sales Commissions The Residual Referral Bonus pays every month for referrals made up to 7 levels deep. (infinite levels deep for Diamond members) The payments are residual in nature and made every month structured as follows: Level 1 - $16.50/referral Level 2 - $5/referral Level 3 - $2/referral Silver Rank required*- Maintaining 2 AcDve Personal Sales- MAKE 2 PERSONAL SALES Level 4 - $1/referral Level 5 - $1/referral Gold rank required*- Maintaining 2 AcDve Silver Level Distributors OR having 15 AcDve Personal Sales Level 6 - $1.50/referral Level 7 - $1.50/referral - PlaDnum rank required* Infinite Level bonus - $0.10 Diamond rank required* *Please check the requirements to reach different ranks on the last slide.

7 To demonstrate the power of this monthly referral bonus, let's look at an example: James is a regular guy who decides to work with PRA to develop an extra monthly income. AAer seeing the potendal of PRA's markedng system, he decides to promote it using The 3 Step Ul+mate Promo.
8 He uses the built- in Traffic System and achieves the three- to- free status at the end of his first month. His 3 referred members also use the same system to achieve three- to- free status in one month each (that s less than 1 sale made per week).

11 Residual SpringBoard Sales Commissions The Residual Referral Bonus pays every month for referrals made up to 7 levels deep on any SpringBoard members you may have referred. 12 PRA- Interact Sales Commissions Any referred sales for PRA- Interact provides an addidonal massive one- Dme commission up to 5 levels deep: This income is in addidon to the monthly residual income.
13 PlaDnum Bonus Pool Every month, 1% of the gross sales are distributed amongst all the PlaDnum ranked distributors. For example, if the company grosses $900,000 and there are 30 PlaDnum members, they will each receive an addidonal $300 note that this is a monthly bonus allowance and the pladnum members condnue to receive this bonus every month as long as they maintain their qualificadon. Qualifica)ons Maintain 2 AcDve Gold Level Distributors OR have 50 acdve personal sales [PlaDnum Members must also maintain a total of 200 acdve distributors across the first 7 levels]
14 Diamond Bonus Pool Every month, 1% of the gross sales are distributed amongst the Diamond members. For example, if the company s profit is $900,000 and there are 10 Diamond members, they will receive an addidonal $900 every month. Note: The Diamond Bonus is in addidon to the PlaDnum bonus. Since all Diamond members naturally qualify for PlaDnum as well, they will receive the Diamond Bonus in addidon to the PlaDnum Bonus. This means Diamond members in the above example would receive $900 (Diamond bonus) + $300 (PlaDnum Bonus) = $1200. Qualifica)ons Maintain 2 PlaDnum Distributors OR have 120 acdve personal sales [Diamond Members must also maintain a total of 450 acdve distributors across the first 7 levels]
15 Top 20 Bonus Every month, the 20 distributors with the most acdve personal sales share in 1% of gross sales. Like with other pooled bonuses, this is independent of the rest and can be stacked with any of the other pools.
16 Movers and Shakers All PRA distributors who make at least 10 new personal sales over a month qualify for the Movers and Shakers bonus. The Movers and Shakers bonus equals 1% of company s gross sales over the month divided amongst all Movers and Shakers qualifiers.
17 Pre- Launch Founders Bonus Every month, 1% of company s gross sales for the life Dme of the company or the life of your acdve qualified membership. The Pool will be divided by those that meet the minimum qualificadons on a Pro- Rata basis based on the size of your organizadon and the percentage it represents of the pool. If Membership is lost due to disqualificadon the Members pardcipadon will be divided amongst those sdll eligible based on their pro- rata basis at that point.
18 Pre- Launch Founders Bonus The QualificaDon Period will start on Sept 24th, 2012 at 12:01AM CDT and will end when the first 100 members qualify and or when the Company has enrolled an addidonal 10,000 members in addidon to the Members already enrolled at the Dme the QualificaDon Period begins. Qualifica)ons Requirements: 1. Minimum of 10 AcDve Personal Sales. 2. OrganizaDon size of at least 50 AcDve Members. 3. You have a SpringBoard Membership
19 Leadership Bonus All distributors with 300 or more distributors in their downline across 7 levels receive an addidonal Leadership Bonus. There are no personal sales requirements for this. The Leadership bonus is equivalent of 2% of the company profits divided amongst all the qualifying pardcipants. The Leadership Bonus is in addidon to all other bonuses and the same individual may qualify for all the various monthly bonuses in addidon to the monthly residual commissions
20 Overview and Strategy As can be seen, PRA offers one of the most generous compensadon plans known to its distributors. This plan is NOT designed only for the first movers or the heavy hiwers to be able to succeed with (this is the biggest weakness of most forced Matrix systems for example). Anyone can succeed with PRA as a distributor, no mawer how limited your personal sales caliber is with focus on building, training and equipping your downline.
21 We HIGHLY recommend that you focus on first making 3 personal sales. This can be done very easily if you apply the PRA 3- Step UlDmate Promo system properly. This puts you in the profit on a monthly basis thanks to our Three- to- Free system. Next, train and help your 3 downline members to do the same. Help them get in profits quickly with 3 personal sales simply by guiding them to the PRA 3- Step UlDmate Promo. By following this simple plan of helping your team get in quick profits, you can develop a potendally massive income for yourself and for your team members. AddiDonally, following this plan lets you quickly reach the various ranking requirements.
22 So let s look at the net income of someone who follows this process over a course of 6 months. Residual Referral Income: As covered in the example earlier, this income would be close to $5000 per month. The table is shown on the next slide the exact break down for this.
