1 Compensation Plan Terms: byth Be Young Total Health Product Partner Term used for Retail Customers. Independent ISP (ISP) All independent distributors (reps) of BYTH PV Personal Volume based on any product you personally order or sell to a retail customer. PMV is not included in the PV calculations for Unilevel Commissions, GV or any other bonus outside of the Sharing Matrix (Note commissions paid upline on your personal orders only.) GV Group Volume based on everyone in your entire downline in the unilevel. CV Company Volume based on all product purchases company-wide. RP Retail Profit RSV - Retail Sales Volume PMV Personal Matrix Volume PUV Personal Unilevel Volume TV-Q Total Qualifying Volume includes Personal PV and the Volume from purchases of the ISP s personally sponsored Product Partners and is used for qualification for the Quick Start Bonus ONLY.- Active Having the required PV to qualify for commissions. Qualified Enrolling the required number of Active ISPs to be eligible for bonus commissions in the Sharing Matrix. Upline Your sponsor, their sponsor etc. Downline Those you sponsor, others they sponsor etc. SMP Sharing Matrix Position(s)-A Sharing Partner may have unlimited positions in the Sharing Matrix based on Active status. Sponsor The individual who shared the Be Young Total Health opportunity with you and enrolled you as a Sharing Partner or Product Partner. Six Ways to Earn: Qualification Payout Retail Sales: The profit on the difference of the retail price vs. the wholesale price plus 40% of PV for each product that you sell to your Product Partners (retail customers). Minimum of 40 PV Real-time Quick Start Bonus: A bonus based on the first order of individuals you personally sponsor. (A newly enrolled ISP s first order must be made by the end of the calendar month in which they enrolled.) 1 Minimum of 40 PV for 20% 340 TV-Q For 40% Real-time
2 Unilevel Commissions: Commissions based on the GV attached to the unilevel structure of your personal organization, paid 5 levels deep. Minimum of 40 PV Monthly Sharing Matrix: Commissions based on the building of a Perfect 3 x 5 Community Matrix. All who enroll in the program company-wide can Opt-in to as many positions in the matrix as they desire, as long as they meet the volume requirements for each position. Payout is available for at least to 2 levels and up to all 5 levels based on sponsoring guidelines. Minimum of 85 PV each Month Monthly Gem Pool Bonus: A ranking bonus structure based on your Personal volume, the number of ISPs you have enrolled and the volume of your downline. (Paid from all volume generated each month company-wide) Topaz-140 PV/4 ISPs Ruby-140 PV/5 ISPs Sapphire-340 PV/6 ISPs Emerald-340 PV/6 ISPs Diamond-340 PV/7 ISPs Diamond Elite 540 PV/35 ISPs Monthly Infinity Bonus: Bonus based on 3% of the GV of a ISP s entire downline that is paid to those who attain the rank of Diamond (2%) or Diamond Elite (1%). Diamond-340 PV/7 ISPs Diamond Elite 540 PV/35 ISPs Monthly Retail Sales: Each time a Product Partner (customer) purchases product from you, you will receive the mark-up on the difference from the wholesale price to the retail price, plus 40% in commissions from the PV attached to that product, as long as they purchase from your replicated website. Your customers can purchase directly from you as well, but the company will not have any way to track the volume of that purchase so you will only receive the difference from the wholesale price to the retail price if that occurs. The volume from your retail sales will count toward your personal PV (TV-Q, for Quick Start Bonus Qualification purposes only no upline commissions will be paid on this portion of your personal volume). You must still personally order enough products (40 PV) to be considered Active and eligible to receive commissions from your Unilevel. For example: 85 PV - Personal Orders (Volume needed to be considered Active. 45 PMV for Matrix (does not count as personal volume for Unilevel commission purposes) and 40 PUV for Unilevel - used to pay upline commissions for 5 levels. 300 RSV - Retail Sales from your replicated website (you earn mark-up amount + 40% of RSV) 2
3 Combined Total Qualifying Volume 385 TV-Q. Thus you have reached the minimum 340 PV that is needed to qualify for Quick Start Bonus at 40%. Quick Start Bonus: Each time you sponsor a new Sharing Partner, you will receive a Quick Start Bonus on their first order: As long as they place that order prior to the end of the calendar month in which they enrolled. This one-time bonus on each newly enrolled Sharing Partner will be paid as follows: When you (as the sponsor) have a monthly volume of 340 TV-Q or more, you will receive: o 40% of the newly personally sponsored Sharing Partner's first order volume* as a Quick Start Bonus. When you (as the sponsor) have less than 340 TV-Q but at least 40 PV, you will receive: o 20% of the newly personally sponsored Sharing Partner's first order volume* as a Quick Start Bonus. Your sponsor will receive 15% and the next level upline will receive 5%. *Note: If their first order includes PMV, there is no Quick Start Bonus paid on that volume. EXAMPLE: (YOU) 40 PV TO 339 TV-Q (YOU) 340 TV-Q + You are Paid 20% = $42 You are Paid 40% = $84 (Your sponsor receives 15% =$31.50, and next upline receives 5% = $10.50 New Personally Sponsored Independent Sharing Partner 300 PV First Purchase (210 PUV 90 PMV)* 90 PMV is used for Sharing Matrix qualification/commissions and is not included in Quick Start Bonus. Note: Quick Start Bonuses are paid as soon as the order is placed. Unilevel: Unilevel, as the name suggests, enables you to sponsor one line of ISPs, therefore everyone you personally sponsor is on your frontline. There are no width limitations to this plan (thus there is no limit to the number of people you can sponsor on your frontline). Commissions are paid 5 levels deep. Therefore, the goal is to enroll a large number of frontline ISPs and then encourage them to do the same. You must have at least 40 PV to qualify for commissions in the Unilevel. 3

5 You Those you Sponsor Level 1-15% Level 2-10% Level 3-5% Level 4 5% Inactive Level 5 5% Dynamic Compression occurs to allow you to earn the highest possible commissions from your organization. As long as you are active, you can earn commissions from the PV of an inactive Sharing Partner's leg. The inactive Sharing Partner does not lose his or her position during this Dynamic Compression process. The system simply pays an active Sharing Partner all available commissions down a full 5 levels of active positions Sharing Matrix (also referred to as Matrix) Each ISP has the option to Opt-in to as many positions in the Sharing Matrix as they desire to support. You will be required to Opt-in for participation in the Sharing Matrix, including how many positions you desire to support. No one will be automatically inserted into the matrix based on monthly volume or enrollment date. You will receive placement in the order of your opt-in option with corresponding monthly volume requirements due prior to the end of the month you made your selection. There is no limit to the number of Sharing Matrix Positions you can have. The monthly requirement per Sharing Matrix Position is 45 PMV. (Keep in mind that40 PUV must still be met for a total of 85 PV each month.) Each matrix position you acquire will need to have 45 PMV attached to it in order for that position to be considered active. The sponsoring requirement time-frame is as follows: 5
6 o 1 st Matrix active personally sponsored ISP by the end of the 3 rd full calendar month of you being in the Sharing Matrix. Note: This DOES NOT include your Opt-in month! o 2 nd Matrix active personally sponsored ISP by the end of the 6 th full calendar month of you being in the Sharing Matrix. o 3 rd Matrix active personally sponsored ISP by the end of the 9 th full calendar month of you being in the Sharing Matrix. You will NEVER be compressed from your position in the Sharing Matrix as long as you are Matrix Active. However, you will be limited to the number of levels you will be paid on depending on your ability to meet the sponsoring requirements. Here are the guidelines: o Full Sharing Matrix Payout at all times if enrollment requirements are met as outlined above (1 st 3 months, 2 nd - 6 months, 3 rd 9 months). o If after 3 full months in Sharing Matrix you have NOT personally sponsored 1 Matrix Active ISP you only get paid on levels 1 and 2 of Sharing Matrix There is NO compression as long as you are Matrix Active! That payout level will remain until you sponsor 1 Matrix Active ISP. o If after 6 full months in Sharing Matrix you have NOT personally sponsored at least 2 Matrix Active ISPs you only get paid on levels 1-3 of Sharing Matrix (providing you have sponsored 1 Matrix Active ISP) or levels 1 and 2 if you have not sponsored anyone who is Matrix Active There is NO compression as long as you are Matrix Active! The payout level you are at will remain until you sponsor and maintain 1 or 2 Matrix Active ISPs according to the guidelines. o If after 9 full months in Sharing Matrix you have NOT personally sponsored at least 3 Matrix Active ISPs you only get paid on levels 1-4 of Sharing Matrix (providing you have sponsored 2 Matrix Active ISPs) or Levels 1 3 if you have sponsored 1 Matrix Active ISP, or Levels 1 and 2 if you have not sponsored anyone who is Matrix Active. There is NO compression as long as you are Matrix Active! That payout level will remain until you sponsor and Maintain 1, 2 or 3 Matrix Active ISPs according to the guidelines. o Once you have and maintain 3 personally sponsored Matrix Active ISPs and you remain Matrix Active, you get full Sharing Matrix Payout based on how deep it is filled. Payout is available for the number of Active Positions that are actually filled below you in the Sharing Matrix. Matrix Active = 40 PUV (active in Unilevel) + 45 PMV for each Matrix Position you hold. Thus always at least 85 PV. Example: 1 Matrix Position = 85 PV, 2 Matrix Positions = 130 PV, 3 Matrix Positions = 175 PV. 6
7 Keep in mind that in order to build a balanced and fair matrix, each ISP must do their part. Thus the reason that only those who are active at a minimum of 85 PV, sponsor and retain other active and qualified ISPs who are also in the matrix, are allowed to receive the highest compensation in the matrix. As we fill each level and as each individual contributes their share, we build a perfectly balanced structure The following illustration shows how the matrix is filled in a balanced format, so that all will earn equally: Compression of the Sharing Matrix follows the same process only in reverse. For example: Position number 3 is held by an ISP who is not active this month. They will be compressed out of that position. The ISP who holds position 4 will be moved into position 3, the ISP who is in position 5 will be moved to position 4 and so forth until all empty positions are filled by active ISPs. Thus the Sharing Matrix remains balanced and full. Therefore, each individual s matrix, when filled to the 5 th level, will generate a consistent income as follows: 7
8 Infinity Bonus: 3% of the GV of each unilevel will be dedicated to the Infinity Bonus. Once an ISP achieves the rank of Diamond (and none of their upline has achieved the Diamond rank yet), they will receive 2% commission from the volume generated by their entire organization until there is another Diamond in that ISP s downline. At that point, that new Diamond will receive 1.5 % from their organization and the first Diamond.5 % of the new Diamond s volume. The First Diamond will continue to receive 2% from the rest of their organization. In addition, as more ISPs reach Diamond Status in that leg, each will receive 1% their organization and the remaining 1% of the GV will be divided by all Diamonds that are upline. After there are 4 Diamonds in any one leg, the highest level Diamond will no long earn from the group volume of that lowest Diamond. Once you reach the rank of Diamond, the PV from everyone in your entire downline to infinity, will potentially contribute to your income. 8
9 Gem Pool Bonus: The Gem Pool Bonus was designed as a way for byth to reward ISPs for their efforts as they excel in building their personal organizations. ISPs are rewarded for each rank level they have achieved from Topaz to Diamond. Thus, there are 5 separate Gem Pools attached to this Bonus module. Each pool is comprised of 1% of the entire Company Volume (CV) per month, which is divided equally among everyone who has achieved that rank. A total of 5% CV is dedicated to pay these Bonuses each month to those qualified to receive them. Once you have qualified for (and maintain those qualifications), you will continue to receive an equal portion of each Gem Pool Rank you hold. 9
10 When an ISP reaches Diamond Elite (DE) status they will receive an additional 1% of the GV from their entire downline. If there is another DE in their organization, they will equally divide 1% of the GV of the 2 nd Diamond Elite s downline. This will be as far as the dilution goes. If there is a 3 rd Diamond Elite in the same leg, the 2 nd and 3 rd DE s will equally divide 1 % of the GV of the 3 rd Diamond Elite. 10
