5 4 P a g e 3. Personal Preferred Customer Commissions The me purchases and Preferred Customers you acquire, the me you can earn! Personal Preferred Customer Commissions are paid in addition to Retail Commissions. When your personal purchases and Preferred Customer sales exceed 200 in Preferred Customer Commissionable Volume (CVV) in a calendar month, you earn 10%-25% commission on the total monthly CCV. The first 10% of the Personal Preferred Customer Commission is paid in the Weekly Bonus Pay Out, while the remaining balance is paid in the Monthly Bonus Pay Out. When the 10% level is reached, the CV credit to upline Leadership commissions at the 80% CV. When the 15% level is reached, the CV credit upline Leadership commission will be 70% CV. When the 20% level is reached, the CV credit to upline is 60%. When the 25% level is reached, the CV credit to upline Leadership Commission is 50%. 4. Gift Pack Bonus Earn $50 - $325 each time you enroll a new with a Premier Pack. Commissions will be based off the sale of products within a pack. This bonus follow the Enrollment Tree and is paid in the weekly bonus payout. Personal purchases, Retail Customer Sales, and Preferred Customer Automatic Orders, subsequent to their first der, count towards total CCV. CVV goes towards your Personal Preferred Customer Commission bucket Premier Pack Premier Pack Premier Pack CCV will be calculated at 90% of total Automatic Order pricing Preferred Customer Commissionable Volume CCV Earning Potential % % % % F example: If you accumulate 1,500 CCV in one month, then 1,500 CCV 301 minimum CCV = 1,199 CVV, and 1,199 CCV x 20% = Personal Preferred Customer Commissions. No Personal Preferred Customer Commissions are paid on the first 200 CCV of Personal, Retail, Preferred Customer ders. All volume up to 200 CCV is credited to upline Leadership commissions at the 90% CV. Seni Regional National Executive Ambassad Premier H9 Builder Bonus Get rewarded with an additional $250 H9 Builder Bonus when an eligible Fast Start qualifies on your team. 6 5 P a g e Getting Paid The H9 Builder Bonus follows the enrollment tree and will be paid in the weekly commission payout. MUST maintain Seni level higher to earn your weekly H9 Builder Bonus commissions. Bonus Leg Once you qualify f the H9 Builder Bonus, all of your newly enrolled qualified s will be in your Bonus leg. Any enrollments under the first three enrollees within your spons tree will go to your upline and any additional enrollees outside of your first three will go to you. In addition, all of their new personally enrolled s will be coded to you permanently in your Bonus Leg. Once qualified f the Builder Bonus, s start their own Bonus Legs with any of their newly enrolled s. can have infinite levels of s coded to you in your Bonus Leg. $250 Builder Bonus 6. Structured Health (LiT Cooler) Receive additional rewards as you lead your team to success. When you complete the activities below in your first 60 days, you will receive a new LiT cooler and one case of H9 Water. Attain 500 in PV on your own account that of your Preferred Customers and Retail ders in your first 30 days. Have an active Automatic Order Earn the Leadership Rank of within the first 60 days from the date of your enrollment. 7. Infiniti Car Bonus Beginning at the Regional Leadership Level, you may qualify to earn the H9 Water Infiniti Car Bonus. H9 Water will send you a bonus check each month in which you maintain the rank of Regional higher, to make the payment on your qualifying vehicle. This bonus is calculated and paid in the Monthly Commission payout. REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE CAR BONUS: 1. MUST qualify each month to receive your Infiniti Car Bonus. Weekly rank advancement and grace periods WILL NOT qualify you f the H9 Water Infiniti Car Bonus. 2. The vehicle MUST be silver, black gray. 3. MUST have proof of purchase paperwk showing vehicle is no me than 5 years old. F a period of up to 6 months, you may choose to receive H9 Water instead of the Infiniti Car Bonus. The first month you will receive an H9 branded LiT cooler and three (3) boxes of H9 Water. Differential Bonuses Depending on your Leadership Level, earn a differential bonus each time one your downline s enrolls a new Preferred Customer sells on e of the Gift Packs to a new. To qualify f the Differential Bonuses, an upline must achieve 500 PV on their own account from they Preferred Customers Retail Customers in their first 30 days of enrollment earn the level higher. These bonuses follow the Enrollment Tree and are paid in the Weekly Commission payout.

8 7 P a g e Leadership Levels begin at the level. When you have reached a leadership level, you will remain at that leadership level until you advance to a higher level. This is called the Highest Achieved leadership level. How much you earn and what commissions and bonuses you qualify f are determined by the level of qualifications you meet during a given bonus period. This is called the Paid As leadership level. In each bonus period, the Paid As leadership levels of a is determined by the qualifications below: During Weekly Commission payout periods, you may advance in leadership level, but your Paid As leadership level will not go down. During Monthly Commission payout periods, your Paid As leadership level may go up down based on the qualifications you have met.
