6 Step #1 Use TréSkinRX Products Yourself & Maintain Active Status Sharing the products you love with others is easy, natural, and fun! It s important that TréSkinRX Consultants see the difference our products make and have a personal experience using them. As a TréSkinRX Consultant, you ll always enjoy a 25% discount on the products you love! When you personally use TréSkinRX products and you have a personal purchase of 10BV or more in the current month, you earn 100% of eligible customer commission payouts, and are considered active. Active means you have a personal purchase of 10BV or more in the current month and at least 10BV of Customer orders. Business Volume (BV) is a point value assigned to each product. Commissions are based on the BV value of the products you sell. You earn 45% of the BV as your commission on your Registered Customer sales and Personally Enrolled Consultant purchases. For example, when your Customer or Personally Enrolled Consultant purchases product that totals 100BV, you make 45% of that, which is $45. Note: Sale items and product specials may have a reduced BV value. Consultant business supplies and coupon redemptions are non-commissionable and therefore, will not count towards BV calculations. Although optional, Consultants find our auto-delivery program (auto-ship) a convenient way to ensure they receive their favorite products each month and help them qualify for available commissions. You never have to worry about remembering to make that purchase on time. 15 Q&A Topics Q. When can I expect my monthly commissions and bonuses? A. Your commissions and bonuses will be deposited directly into your ProPay commissions account on file by the 10th of the following month. Q. What is the difference between Consultant and Manager? A. When you personally order 10BV or more, and have the same in Registered Customer sales during a monthly period, you qualify for Manager status. Consultant status is reserved for those who do not have both a personal order of 10BV or more and the same in customer sales during a monthly period. Q. How quickly can I more up rank? A. You can move up in rank every month and as quickly as you meet the requirements! Q. Are there monthly and / or yearly purchase requirements? A. There are no monthly or annual purchase requirements, however, we ask our Consultants to personally use the products they are representing. Q. Do 50% Off Loyalty Coupon points expire? A. Coupon points are good for 3 calendar months from the period they are earned. Q. Do I have to use the BMW Car Bonus for a car? A. That is completely up to you. When you qualify for the monthly BMW Car bonus, we will include the bonus in your monthly commission payout. What you choose to do with that money is up to you! 13

You earn 45% of 580BV ($261.00). Total commission for the month: $ Senior Director There are 4 Personally Enrolled Consultants in your 1st level each purchasing 35BV (4 x 35BV = 140BV). You earn 45% of 140BV ($63.00). Each Consultant has Registered Customer purchases of 200BV (4 x 200BV = 800BV). For these Registered Customer purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (800BV x 40% = 320BV). This level pays 8% of 320BV ($25.60). Commission for this level - $88.60 There are 16 Consultants in your 2nd level. You personally enrolled 6 Consultants and your team enrolled 10 new Consultants. Your 6 Personally Enrolled Consultants each order 35BV (6 x 35BV = 210) and you are paid 45% of their BV ($94.50). The other 10 Consultants each purchase 35BV (10 x 35BV = 350BV). For these Consultant purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (350BV x 40% = 140BV). This level pays 8% of 140BV ($11.20). Each of the 16 Consultants had Registered Customer purchases of 200BV (16 x 200BV = 3,200BV). On these Registered Customer purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (3,200BV x 40% = 1,280BV). You earn 8% of 1,280BV ($102.40). Commission for this level - $ National Director The first and second level earnings remain the same as Senior Director. In your 3rd level there are 64 Consultants. You personally enrolled 10 Consultants and your team enrolled 54 Consultants. Your Personally Enrolled Consultants each order 35BV (10 x 35BV = 350BV) and you are paid 45% of their BV ($157.50). The other 54 Consultants each purchase 35BV (54 x 35BV = 1,890BV). For these Consultant purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (1,890BV x 40% = 756BV). You earn 8% of 756BV ($60.48). Each Consultant had Registered Customer purchases of 400BV (64 x 400BV = 25,600BV). On these Registered Customer purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (25,600BV x 40% = 10,240BV). You earn 8% of the 10,240BV ($819.20). Commission for this level - $1, In your 4th level there are 200 Consultants. You personally enrolled 20 Consultants and your team enrolled 180 Consultants. Your Personally Enrolled In your 3rd level, there are 30 Consultants. You personally enrolled 10 Consultants and your team enrolled 20 Consultants. Your Personally Enrolled Consultants each order 35BV (10 x 35BV = 350BV) and you are paid 45% of their BV ($157.50). The other 20 Consultants each purchase 35BV (20 x 35BV = 700BV). For these Consultant purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (700BV x 40% = 280BV). You earn 8% of 280BV (22.40). Each of the 30 Consultants had Registered Customer purchases of 200BV (30 x 200BV = 6,000BV). On these Customer purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (6,000BV x 40% = 2,400BV). You earn 8% of 2,400BV ($192.00). Commission for this level - $ In addition, you ve earned $ from your personal Registered Customer sales. You also sponsored in three new team members earning you a bonus of $ Total commission for the month: $1, Consultants each order 35BV (20 x 35BV = 700BV) and you are paid 45% of their BV ($315.00). The other 180 Consultants each purchase 35BV (180 x 35BV = 6,300BV). For these Consultant purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (6,300BV x 40% = 2,520BV). You earn 8% of 2,520BV ($201.60). Each Consultant had Registered Customer purchases of 400BV (200 x 400BV = 80,000BV). On these purchases you are paid on 40% of the BV (80,000BV x 40% = 32,000BV). You earn 6% for this level ($1,920.00). Commission for this level - $2, In addition, you ve earned $ from your personal Registered Customer purchases. At this level you also qualify for the $ BMW car bonus. You also sponsored eight new team members and earned the Sponsorship Bonus of $ Total commission for the month: $5, Note: These are earning examples. There are no guarantees on income. 17 Glossary Active Active means you have a personal purchase of 10BV or more in the current month. This makes you eligible for monthly commissions and bonus payouts. Auto-Delivery A convenient product ordering program for both Consultants and Registered Customers, that allows you to have your personal products shipped to you automatically. Business Kit When you join TréSkinRX as a Consultant, you will purchase a Business Starter Kit that contains everything you need to launch your new business. Business Volume (BV) The value given to each product on which commissions are paid. The BV remains the same irrespective of the currency used to price the product. Commissions & Bonuses All commissions and bonuses, will be calculated at the end of the achievement month and paid the following month to all TréSkinRX Independent Consultants who qualified for such commissions and bonuses. Consultant Anyone who has completed the on-line sign up process and purchased a Business Starter Kit. Enroller This is the person that introduced you to the TréSkinRX Business and added you to one of their teams. Rank The level of achievement that determines how much commission each Consultant will be paid and the specific commission bonuses the Consultant is eligible to earn. Each rank has specific requirements to qualify for those commissions and bonuses. Residual Commissions Earning commission for everything each person under you sells for as long as he or she continues selling it. As each customer joins the team members in your organization, from the very first order and all orders yet to come, you will earn a commission on those sales. Registered Customer Anyone who completes a profile on the TréSkinRX website through an Independent Consultant and places online orders. Registered Customers receive a 15% discount. Sponsor This is the person you are assigned to - the person directly above you. Team Your team will consist of the Consultants you personally sponsor and their downline. The Consultants in your upline may also place people into one of your teams. Up-line Your up-line consists of the people who got into the business before you. Example: Your sponsor, their sponsor and so on. Organization Your organization consists of your downline...everyone you have added to your team, as well as those added by your team and your upline. 15
