The Gemnora Compensation Plan is built to reward you for all of your efforts - selling, recruiting, and leadership! This guide will walk you through the benefits and opportunities available in the Gemnora Compensation Plan and provides in-depth explanations of the key behaviors that make it simple to be a successful at every rank. 2

3 ways to earn money and rewards The Gemnora Compensation Plan provides five different ways to earn a limitless income. This offers flexibility for s to work their own plan and achieve their unique financial goals. No matter your goals, dreams or circumstances, Gemnora gives you the opportunity to make your success a reality, empowering you to better yourself, your family and your community! Personal Sales Level Commissions Advancement Bonus Matching Sponsor Bonus Generation Overrides career path As your Gemnora business grows, so does your income. The way your business generates income also changes. Starting out, your income will be from Personal Sales and Level Commissions on the sales of your recruits. As you achieve greater success as a team leader, more and more of your income will be from Level Commissions, Advancement Bonuses and Matching Sponsor Bonuses. As you reach the higher ranks of the Gemnora Compensation Plan, most of your income will be from Generation Overrides on the teams you have built and the leaders you have promoted in your downline. 3

4 how it works The key rule to remember with the Gemnora Compensation Plan is: This month s performance determines next month s rewards. On the first of each month we look at your personal sales and the performance of your team in the previous month to determine which rank of the Compensation Plan you achieved. You will then be paid according to that rank for the entire month. Your personal and team performance is thoroughly reviewed on the first of every month and your Paid-At Rank is adjusted up or down accordingly. Paid-At Rank You are always paid at the rank for which you have met the requirements in the previous calendar month. Your Paid-At Rank is what determines your commissions. Recognition Title As you advance upward in the Gemnora Compensation Plan, we are proud to recognize and celebrate your success. When you achieve a Paid-At Rank for two consecutive months, you earn that rank as your Recognition Title. As long as you qualify for the Paid-At Rank at least once every three months, you will maintain your Recognition Title. 4

6 6 personal sales The first requirement to consider in the Gemnora Compensation Plan is your personal sales. Your personal sales include your own personal purchases, orders you place on behalf of your customers, and orders your customers place directly with the company through your e-commerce store. You immediately earn Personal Commission on every personal sale when you become a Gemnora. Personal Sales All Customer Orders + Your Own Personal Orders Remember: Host rewards, business supply orders and other credit redemptions do not count towards your personal sales. personal sales bonus Starting on day one, you have the opportunity to earn even more commissions on your personal sales. It doesn t matter what your Paid-At Rank is, every is eligible to earn a Personal Sales Bonus every month! When your personal sales for the month total between $700 and $1499 you will earn an extra 5% commission on all of your personal sales for that month. It doesn t stop there. When your personal sales for the month total more than $1500, you will earn an extra 10% commission on all of your personal sales for that month. The more sales you make, the more money you earn for each sale you have made! Personal Sales Bonus $700 - $1499 Personal Commission + 5% $1500+ Personal Commission + 10%

7 7 team volume There is a simple equation to figure out your Team Volume requirement. It s also super easy to track because it appears right on your dashboard with the rest of your stats for the month! Team Volume = Personal Sales + Level One Sales + Level Two Sales What are Levels? Levels are a way of organizing s as new recruits join your team. When you recruit a new, they are considered part of your Level One. When this new goes on to recruit another new, you now have a Level Two. There are no limits to the number of levels in your team or how many s you personally recruit. This is You! Level One Level Two

8 8 level one team structure The final requirement of the Gemnora Compensation Plan describes what your Level One team should look like. This includes a minimum number of s and at higher ranks, defines the Paid-At Ranks your Level One team members must achieve. By helping others realize success, you achieve success! Remember: All requirements are a minimum. The more you sell, the more you recruit, the more you promote, the greater your income will be. Recruit vs. Roll-up Sometimes, people experience changes in their life or decide direct sales is not the opportunity for them and have to leave their business. If this happens, s roll-up so there are no gaps in a team. When considering the Compensation Plan requirements, it does not matter if you personally recruited an or they became part of your Level One because of a roll-up. Either way, the counts toward your team volume and team structure.

9 9 your first step: When you enroll as a Gemnora, you are given the Paid-At Rank of. You earn 20% of the sale price of everything you sell, plus the opportunity to earn an extra 5% or 10% commission in Personal Sales Bonus when you sell more. When you recruit a friend in your first month and start growing your Level One team, you can also earn 6% on your Level One s sales. Key Tasks Host your launch party! Start your booking chain with five parties. Achieve Jump Start Rewards. Recruit your first team member. Quota The rank is the entrylevel position in the Gemnora Compensation Plan. It represents the minimum amount of work you must do to stay active as an to keep your online store available to accept purchases and to have access to your Back Office. One of the key benefits of the Gemnora Compensation Plan is the ability to promote as fast as you want. You could easily be paid at the rank of Jade in your second month with Gemnora when you start your business with a plan. To remain an active, you must have $150 in personal sales every rolling 90 days.

10 10 your first promotion: Amber As soon as you make $200 in personal sales in a calendar month, and have recruited at least one Level One, you earn your first pay raise! At the Paid-At Rank of Amber, you now earn 8% on every sale your Level One team members make. Your business is off to a great start, and you are learning more every day! Amber Key Tasks Achieve Jump Start Rewards. Party, party, party! Continue building your booking chain. Study training materials to improve host coaching. Recruit others interested in the Gemnora opportunity. Personal Sales $200 Team Volume --- Team Structure 1x Personal Commission 20% Commissions 8% Jump Start Along with all the income and incentives the Gemnora Compensation Plan provides, you can also earn even more rewards in your first 30 days as an. The Gemnora Jump Start Program rewards you with extra free credit to spend on products and business supplies when you reach certain personal sales levels in your first 30 days. This is in addition to the Personal Commission you already earn! Your team is growing and working together to have stronger parties and sales to meet your Team Volume requirement. In recognition of your success as a Jade, you now make 25% Personal Commission on your sales along with 10% on your Level One sales. Jade Key Tasks Personal Sales $350 Increase your Party Average. Team Volume $1,000 Encourage recruits to earn Jump Start Rewards. Teach your team to know the training materials. Team Structure 2x Assist one recruit in sponsoring to start your Level Two. Personal Commission 25% Recruit others interested in the Gemnora opportunity. Commissions 10% Remember: The Jade rank is the first rank with a Team Volume requirement. 12 12 leadership: Now you are leading a team! Your business has a plan and you are consistent in achieving your goals each month. The Paid-At Rank of is the first true rank of leadership. The future success of your business will come from developing and encouraging leadership throughout your team. Key Tasks Personal Sales $500 Perfect the use of your tools to work smarter, not harder. Team Volume $3,000 Create consistency in your business and team. Schedule coaching and contact calls with your team. Team Structure 1x Amber 3x Encourage recruits to earn Jump Start Rewards. Recruit others interested in the Gemnora opportunity. The next page details everything you need to know about these bonuses. Advancement Bonus $250 Matching Sponsor Bonus $100

13 13 advancement bonus Starting with the rank of, you will earn a cash bonus for each promotion in the Gemnora Compensation Plan. The only requirement to earn your Advancement Bonus is to hold the appropriate Paid-At Rank for two consecutive months. The Advancement Bonus is paid once in a lifetime for each rank. Note: You can also earn the Advancement Bonus if you promote faster. For example, I am paid-at the rank of for February. Then in March I am paid-at the rank of Emerald. I just earned my $250 Advancement Bonus for! I m also halfway to receiving my $500 Advancement Bonus for Emerald. Woohoo! matching sponsor bonus The Gemnora Compensation Plan also rewards you for helping others promote and build their business. Every time a Level One team member achieves their Advancement Bonus, you can earn the Matching Sponsor Bonus for that rank. There is no limit to the number of times or amount you can earn with the Matching Sponsor Bonus. The more people you recruit and help to promote, the more income you earn! To receive the Matching Sponsor Bonus, you must hold a Paid-At Rank or Recognition Title equal to or higher than the Level One team member receiving the Advancement Bonus.

14 14 Emerald The rank of Emerald is the second step of leadership and one of the most important. You are now providing leadership to other leaders in your team. You continue to strive toward excellence, helping to teach others the path to success. At the Paid-At Rank of Emerald, you have now unlocked the final facet of earning income with The Gemnora Compensation Plan - Generation Overrides. With further development of your team, Generation Overrides will become the most rewarding source of your income. Emerald Personal Sales $750 Key Tasks Team Volume $5,000 Set an example of maintaining consistent success. Demonstrate and teach goal-driven habits and behaviors. Team Structure 2x or above Communicate with, recognize, and develop your team. Coach, motivate, and assist your team leaders. Recruit and promote new leaders to build Generations. Personal Commission 25% Commissions 10% Level 2 Commissions 2% Generations Emerald s are the first rank to earn Generation Overrides. But what are Generations? Generations are a way of organizing your team based on the leaders you have helped create. Generations reward you for the size and selling power of your downline organization and extend beyond the three levels of s directly below you. The next two pages outline what Generations are and how they contribute to your income as a leader. 15 15 generations When a member of your team achieves the Recognition Title of, they create a new Generation. Each Generation is made up of every between one [or higher] and the next [or higher]. The following graphic shows an example team with several s and how they create each new Generation. Generations extend beyond the immediate levels on which you earn Level Commissions. This Is You! (Emerald) Generation 1 Generation 2 Generation 3

16 16 generation overrides Generation Overrides are paid in addition to Level Commissions! They are also not limited by Levels. This makes Generation Overrides the most powerful income and team building tool of the Gemnora Compensation Plan. Let s look at an example of your team as an Emerald to show how Level Commissions and Generation Overrides work together. This Is You! (Emerald) 10% Commission 2% Level 2 Commission 2% Generation 1 Override In this example, you are paid 10% of the sale price on every sale made by the two s in your Level One. You have eight s in your Level Two and earn 2% in Level 2 Commissions on every sale they make. You have three s in your Level 3 and one four levels away from you. You make no Level Commissions on their sales. Everyone in this group is part of your Generation 1 so you earn an additional 2% Generation 1 Override on every sale made by every member regardless of level.

17 17 Ruby Your team continues to grow as you reach the Paid-At Rank of Ruby. You have built a substantial organization and are proving yourself as an effective and successful leader. Continuing to maintain consistent leadership assures your path to Diamond. Along with your $1,000 Advancement Bonus, your earnings are increased by the addition of a Generation 2 Override. The efforts of your rapidly growing team are now even more rewarding! Ruby Personal Sales $750 Team Volume $10,000 Key Tasks Team Structure 4x or above Set an example of maintaining consistent success. Demonstrate and teach goal-driven habits and behaviors. Communicate with, recognize, and develop your team. Coach, motivate, and assist your team leaders. Recruit and promote new leaders to build Generations.
