2 HOW YOU EARN! 1) Sales Income There are two ways to sell Jump Natural products: 1. Sell Jump Natural product through your personal Jump Natural website. Jump Natural will fulfil orders on your behalf. Sales must go through your personal website or be associated with your Independent Jump Executive ID. 2. Enroll customers as Preferred Customers in the PC Autoship program. Preferred Customers receive discounted pricing and have access to addition information, specials, and promotions. Earn a 10% Personal Sales Income from NEW Customers which will be paid on a WEEKLY PAY CYCLE; the balance is then paid on the MONTHLY PAY CYCLE. We estimate that a typical plan participants will earn between $ and $1, per year in commissions, exclusive of retail profits. Also see Commission Rule on page 7. 2) Personal Sales Bonus The more you sell the more you earn! Receive a bonus for Personal Sales in a monthly pay cycle. Sales From To Bonus $1, $1, % $2, % For example: generate $2200 in Personal Sales during a monthy pay cycle and you will earn a bonus of 0% on the amount below $999, 5% on $1000 to $1999, 10% on $2000 to $ ) Jump Start Bonus Independent Jump Executives and above earn a onetime Jump Start bonus for helping a personally enrolled Executive promote the Jump Natural product contents of their optional Jump Start Package within 30 days of enrollment.* Jump Start Bonus - 15% **First and Second Generation Overrides - 5% Jump Start Bonus is paid on the enrollment tree. *Products sold to generate a Jump Start Bonus does not count towards other compensation in this plan. **Overrides are paid to Bronze Executive Pay Rank or Higher. 3 4) Accelerator Bonus Get to Bronze or Silver, and Jump will Deliver. Earn a onetime bonus the first time you advance to a Bronze Independent Executive and a Silver Independent Executive Bonus Type Amount Bronze Accelerator Bonus $100 First Generation Override $50 Second Generation Override $50 Third Generation Override $50 Silver Accelerator Bonus $200 First Generation Override $100 Second Generation Override $100 Third Generation Override $100 Accelerator Bonus is paid on the enrollment tree. **Overrides are paid to Bronze Executive Pay Rank or Higher 5) 3PC, Get it Free Each month you maintain three Preferred Customers on Autoship, you can earn an Autoship package next month for free. To qualify you must have prior months sales to 3 Preferred Customers (on Autoship). Your free Autoship package will be based on the average Autoship PSV of the 3 Preferred Customers. Note: Tax, shipping and handling still apply. Maximum of 1 free Autoship order per month. Compensation Plan 3

4 6) Team Commissions Jump Natural rewards you for building a strong team and sales network. Earn up to 5% commissions on up to 8 s deep on your Placement Tree. Jump Independent Executives can take advantage of the Jump 30-day Placement Opportunity. Jump offers all its Independent Executives the benefit of compression. The tree skips inactive Independent Executives, paying on the Independent Executive at the next. For example, if the 8 Independent Executive is inactive, you will be paid on the next active Independent Executive in that Placement Tree Leg as if he or she were in 8. Once 8 becomes Active, you will be paid on the 8 Independent Executive. If an Indepenedent Executive leaves the business, the Placement Tree Leg will permanently compress so that all Independent Executives below the departing Independent Executive in the same Placement Tree Leg move up a. Bonus Shares: Diamond Independent Executives and above earn a matching share on TV generated by each Diamond Independent Executive in their enrollment tree. *2% Bonus Pool is calculated only on PSV generated sales and volume. ** Each Platinum Independent Executive needs to have 20k TV in Open Line Production Compensation Plan 4

Have 2 personally enrolled Executives achieve New Executive (each in a separate leg) Generate 100 PSV, 450 L1V, and 10,000 TV per month Option 1: Help 2 additional personally enrolled Executives achieve Basic Executive; or Option 2: Generate 1,250 L2V and meet minimum requirements of Bronze Executive Generate 100 PSV, 700 L1V, and 25,000 TV per month Option 1: Help 2 additional personally enrolled Executives achieve New Executive; or Option 2: Generate 1,800 L2V and meet minimum requirements of Silver Executive Generate 100 PSV, 900 L1V and 75,000 TV per month Option 1: Help 2 additional personally enrolled Executives achieve New Executive; or Option 2: Generate 2,400 L2V and meet minimum requirements of Gold Executive Generate 100 PSV, 1000 L1V, and 150,000 TV per month Help 2 Gold Executives in Enrollement Tree achieve Platinum Executive (separate legs in Placement Tree) Generate 100 PSV, 1000 L1V, and 300,000 TV per month Help 2 Platinum Executives in Enrollement Tree achieve Diamond Executive (separate legs in Placement Tree) Generate 100 PSV, 1000 L1V, 450,000 TV per month Help 1 additional Platinum Executive in Enrollement Tree achieve Diamond Executive (separate leg of Placement Tree) Generate 100 PSV, 1000 L1V and 750,000 TV per month Help 3 Diamond Executives in Enrollement Tree achieve Double Diamond Executive (separate legs in Placement Tree) Compensation Plan 6

7 Crown Executive Generate 100 PSV, 1000 L1V and 1,000,000 TV per month Help 3 Double Diamond Executives in Enrollement Tree achieve Triple Diamond Executive (separate legs in Placement Tree) All prior rank achievements must be maintained to continue being paid at the current rank or to achieve the following rank. All Rank requirement must comply with 60% Rank. 1 Volume (L1V) = PSV generated at 1. - Products purchased and sold by personally enrolled Executives. - Products purchased by Preferred Customers. - L1V is not required for the first month in the business from Starter to Bronze Executive Rank 2 Volume (L2V) = PSV generated at 2. - Products purchased and sold by Executives in 2 of your Enrollement Tree. - Products purchased by Preferred Customers of your personally enrolled Executives. PSV Personal Sales Volume TV Team Volume Commission Rule: For the benefit of all Jump Natural Executives, the total company commissions shall not exceed 40% of total product sales. In the event this occurs, commissions shall be paid on a percentage reduced basis to achieve of a full payout of 40% in commissions. Compensation Plan 7

8 Glossary ACHIEVED RANK: An Independant Executive s highest achieved rank for three consecutive months pursuant to this Jump Natural Compensation Plan. For recognition, a Independent Executive will always retain the title of the Achieved Rank even if he or she does not meet the specified qualifications in a pay period. Compensation will always be at the paid as rank. AUTOSHIP: An optional convenience program that allows Preferred Customers and Independent Executives to create recurring monthly order with Jump Natural. Independent Executives and Customers can cancel, pause, or re-sign up with Autoship at anytime. Participants in Autoship will receive exclusive discounts and promotions. ENROLLMENT TREE: The line of referral in which Independent Executives are enrolled. For example if an Independent Executive A enrolls Independent Executive B and Independent Executive B enrolls Independent Executive C, Independent Executives A, B, and C represent a single leg in the Enrollment Tree. EXECUTIVE(S): Independent business owners who participate in the Jump Natural business opportunity. GENERATION OVERRIDE: Generation Override is the commission paid to someone in the upline in the Placement Tree or Enrollment Tree for sales in the downline. For example a first Generation Override on Independent Executive C s sale in the Enrollment Tree is commission paid to his or her personal enroller (Executive B). The second Generation Override is paid to Independent Executive B s personal enroller (Executive A). See Enrollment Tree above. The terms Executive, Independent Executive, and Jump Independent Executive are used interchangeably. LEVEL: On the Placement Tree, anyone placed immediately below you is 1, anyone placed immediately below is 2 and so on. On the Enrollment Tree, anyone you personally enroll is 1, anyone personally enrolled by someone you personally enroll on is 2 and so on. LEVEL 1 VOLUME (L1V): L1V is a sales measurement used for rank advancement calculation purposes only. An Independent Executive s L1V is the total combination of: i. The total PSV generated by your personally enrolled Independent Executives; plus ii. PSV generated by your Preferred Customers LEVEL 2 VOLUME (L2V): L2V is a sales measurement used for rank advancement calculation purposes only. An Independent Executive s L2V is the total combination of the L1V belonging to his or her personally enrolled Independent Executives. MONTHLY PAY CYCLE: Monthly commissions and bonuses are paid out on the last business day of the month, and are based on the previous month s sales. OPEN LINE: Production done outside of anyone in your team at your rank or higher. PAID AS RANK: A Independent Executive s rank under which he or she will be paid pursuant to this Jump Natural Compensation Plan. All compensation under this Jump Natural Compensation Plan will be paid based on the Paid As Rank. PERSONAL SALES VOLUME (PSV): The commissionable personal sales volume value assigned by Jump Natural for each product. PSV can vary depending on product and method of sale. Independent Executives can generate PSV 3 ways: i. The purchase of product at wholesale and resell at retail; ii. The sale of product of online to retail customers; and iii. The sale of product to personally enrolled Preferred Customers. PLACEMENT TREE: Is the 3-leg placement genealogy pursuant to Jump Natural s 30 day placement opportunity. Also see Placement Tree Leg. PLACEMENT TREE LEG: Each Executive can enroll new Independent Executives in the Jump Natural Compensation Plan and place those Independent Executives in his or her 3-leg Placement Tree. PREFERRED CUSTOMER (PC): A consumer who orders product through the optional Autoship program. Only product ordered by a PC through Autoship shall be considered as a sale to a Preferred Customer. PC sales count towards L1V. Compensation Plan 8

9 RETAIL SALES: The sale of Jump Natural product to a retail customer through the purchase and resell of product or through online referral sales. TEAM VOLUME (TV): Total PERSONAL SALE VOLUME (PSV) of all the sales generated within your Enrolment Tree infinity s deep. WEEKLY PAY CYCLE: Friday through Thursday night at midnight Eastern Standard time. Weekly commissions are paid on the Monday following the end of the pay cycle. 3 LEG CRITERIA: Independent Bronze Executives and above must help at least one personally enrolled Independent Executive in each leg of the Placement Tree maintain or achieve the Active Executive rank. 60% RANK CRITERIA: No more than 60% of TV can come out of any single Placement Tree Leg. For example, if Executive obtains 2000 TV to obtain the rank of Bronze Independent Executive, he or she cannot have more than 1200 from a single Placement Tree Leg. 70% RULE: Jump Independent Executives certify that when he or she orders product from Jump Natural, 70% of product has been sold before re-orders are made.
