(The difference between distributor wholesale and their purchase price.) Example 1. A product with an $80.00 retail price. And Distributor wholesale cost of $60.00 You would earn the $20.00 difference on every purchase they make. Example 2. A product with an $80.00 retail price. The retail customer gets the auto purchase discount and pays $70.00 And Distributor wholesale cost of $60.00 You would earn the $10.00 difference on every purchase they make. 02 FAST START BONUS When selling a starter package there is a direct sales bonus from $50.00 to $ You will earn this direct sales bonus as a new distributor. The Pre Launch Promotional packages are discounted and have the below fast start bonuses attached. The $ Platinum Starter Package Has a $ Fast Start Bonus 03 STAR BUILDER FAST START BONUSES If you become a Star Builder in your first 30 days you will receive a $50 bonus. As a Star Builder You will receive a $25.00 bonus for each personally enrolled distributor you help earn this bonus. 04 TEAM COMMISSIONS Team Commissions are one of the 3 Major Income Streams of the Asia Sciences compensation plan. You generate volume through your downline organizations sales. You start by developing 2 teams. A Left side team and a Right side team. 4 P age

5 A typical 2 Team plan has 2 legs that each build down in a straight line. It looks like an upside down V Now when you place your first 2 members let s say you put Joe on your Left team and Fay on your Right Team. So Joe is the first person on your left. The next person you place on your left will fall to the bottom left position. This means when you enrolled person number 3 on your left Joe is already there taking your first position on the left so person number 3 will fall to the bottom left under Joe on Joes Left. Both you and Joe will receive volume on your left team. The volume will actually go upline and be placed on each person until it reaches you. So imaging if you had 50 people in a straight line down your left team and you enroll Sandra on your left. Sandra will go to the bottom left position on that leg. Now let s assume she ordered a 200 point volume sale. Each of the 50 people including yourself will receive 200 points on your left counter. Now this is really cool. When Sandra brings in people. Both sides of Sandra count as volume for your left team. Your other leg builds in the same fashion just to the right instead of to the left. A simple way to look at it is like the old scales of justice. All the volume on the left fills the left half of the scale and all the volume forever down on the right leg fills the right counter. You are paid every time there is enough volume on each side o trigger a cycle. We have 200 point smaller leg and 300 point larger leg team cycle that pays $20.00 per cycle. You can increase the pay of your first 100 weekly cycles from $20.00 to $24.00 and even up to $27.00 depending on your level. CALCULATING TEAM BONUSES: So let us assume you had 1700 points on your left team and 1250 points on your right team that would be enough volume for 5 cycles for a total Combined personal income of (5X20) $ to 5x27) $ depending on your level. The calculation for these cycles is points small team 1700 points times 5 cycles = 1000 (1, = 250) points smaller team and 1,500 ( ,500 = 200 points larger team. So the system would remove points from the smaller team and 1,500 points from the larger team (With a remaining leftover volume of 250 points smaller team and 200 points on the larger team towards your next cycle) ($20.00 to $27.00 per cycle times 4 cycles.) 05 POWER TEAM GENERATIONAL BONUSES The Manager, Director and Executive Director PowerTeam Generational Bonus is an industry breakthrough. This allows you to benefit on your line of sponsorship sales on your stronger 2 Team leg. (The Leg with the most new weekly binary volume.) 5 P age

6 Basically everyone you enroll is that is on your stronger volume 2 team leg is on your level #1 for this portion of the plan. Everyone your level #1 people enroll is on your level #2 everyone your level #2 people enroll is on your level #3 to unlimited depth. So basically you make a sale and you get paid on whatever percentage is available on that Generation. The generations are made up of each group underneath a Distributor that reached the rank of Manager you will receive the 2 generation Manager bonus. Once you achieve the rank of Director you will begin to earn this bonus. Managers Earn: 4% on Generation 1 and Manager Generation 2 within your Power Team. Directors earn: 4% on Generation 1 and 2% on up to 7 Director Generations within your Power Team. Executive Directors earn: 1% on Generation 1 and 2% on up to 7 Executive Director Generations within your Power Team. Qualifications To become a Manager A) Be on either a 100 Combined personal point auto purchase OR generate 120 Combined personal points in personal non distributor sales volume B) Have 3 personally enrolled active members on your left team and 3 personally enrolled active members on your right team. (Active meaning they have at least 40 points in personal sales volume.) C) You need 2,500 points in line of sponsorship team volume. (Up to 1,000 points from any one line of sponsorship qualifies you.) Qualifications To become a director A) Be on either a 100 Combined personal point auto purchase OR generate 120 Combined personal points in personal non distributor sales volume. B) Have 4 personally enrolled active members on your left team and 4 personally enrolled active members on your right team. (Active meaning they have at least 40 points in personal sales volume.) 6 P age

7 C) You need 7,500 points in line of sponsorship team volume. (Up to 3,000 points from any one line of sponsorship qualifies you.) This is important to understand. The Generational bonus DOES NOT begin on your first level. This bonus begins 3 levels under you. This makes the bonus so much more powerful as it is always picking up 2 levels beneath each Director Generation. So if you we re eligible to be paid on 7 Director generations. You would end up earning this bonus from your 3 rd level to include each and every sale down to 2 levels under your 7 th generation Director LEADERSHIP POWER TEAM POOLS 20% of Asia Sciences Global unilevel Point Volume is paid out in the PowerTeam and Bonus Pools! 50% of the pool amounts at each rank are paid as a traditional 1 share per distributor only pool. The other 50% is paid out as follows: The Powerteam Pool Bonus is another industry breakthrough. This allows you to benefit on all of the current new sales volume on all of your current weeks 2 Team binary volume. There are 6 separate Bonus Pools that you can tap into. 2 of them very quickly with some good team effort. Once you achieve the title of Director you are qualified for this bonus. The first 2 are traditional pools. 4% Director Pool 7% Executive Director Lifestyle Pool. There are 4 separate PowerTeam Bonus Pools that you can tap into. 7 P age

8 We will take all of the new 2 team binary sales volume (Not carry over volume.) from the pay period. And each point equals a share of this pool. As an example: If you had 300 current commission week points on your left team and 8,000 current commission week points on your right team you would be paid 8,300 shares of each pool you we re qualified to earn for that pay period. Pool Amount Rank to be paid each Pool. 4% Director 4% Executive Director PowerTeam Pools 4% Presidential Director (2% traditional 2% Powerteam.) 2% Presidential Elite (1% traditional 1% Powerteam.) 1% Crown (1/2% traditional 1/2% Powerteam.) 2% Crown Elite (1% traditional 1% Powerteam.) These Leadership Pool Bonuses are a way of rewarding leaders and also our top producers by allowing them to be paid a portion of the Global sales volume. Once you achieve the title of Presidential Director you will earn a share in the monthly 5% Presidential Director Pool.
