That s why we are committed to rewarding our Members with some of the highest payouts of commissions in all of network marketing. The LifeWave Compensation Plan provides an exceptional opportunity for both immediate and long-term income. It s incredibly generous, and combines the best features of network marketing pay plans available today. 01
3 5 Ways To Earn Immediate Income 01. RetaIL ProfITs LifeWave makes it easy for you to earn income immediately two different ways with retail sales: A. You may purchase product at wholesale prices and sell to customers at the retail price. B. Your customers can order products directly from LifeWave at retail prices, and LifeWave automatically sends you the retail profits each week. 02. ProduCT InTRoduCTIon Bonuses This is a way to begin earning money as soon as you enroll. Every qualifying LifeWave Member may earn bonuses each time they personally introduce a new Member using one of our product-based enrollment kits. In order to qualify, you must be in an active status at the time of enrollment (to be considered active you must have an order with a minimum of 55PV within the last 5 pay periods). The Product Introduction Bonus amount depends on the rank at which the new Member enrolls. Product Introduction Bonuses are also paid whenever a personally enrolled Member purchases an upgrade kit to move from any lower rank to any higher rank. In that case, the bonus is the difference between the bonus paid for the lower rank and the bonus paid for the higher rank. Members may purchase an upgrade kit at any time. There are no restrictions. When you purchase a Diamond Upgrade or Diamond Enrollment you will automatically be on Active status for 90 days. 02
4 LONG-TERM RESidUAL INCOME 03. BinaRY CoMMIssions The LifeWave Compensation Plan is based on a binary structure. That means that each position in the structure may have a maximum of two positions under it one on the left and one on the right. When you enroll new Members, you place them on your left or right side. If the positions immediately beneath you are already taken, then you place them under the first available position on your left or right side. Your commissions are based on the purchases of everyone under your position, no matter who enrolled them. This is a powerful way to build residual income based on your own efforts and on the efforts of the people above and below you. 04. CoMMIssion MaTChing Bonus This is another way to create residual income, but based on the organization you have built. You earn bonuses based on the Binary Commissions earned by the people you personally enroll, by the people they personally enroll, and the people they personally enroll, meaning up to three levels. There is a different percentage of payout for each of the three levels. See the graph below. 5 LONG-TERM RESidUAL INCOME 05. Wave Bonus The Wave Bonus is a powerful, additional bonus on top of our current compensation plan. It s specifically designed to reward members who are serious business builders, and brings with it three additional ways to get paid, including the Wave Bonus itself, the Wave Matching Bonuses, and the Super Match Bonus. With this bonus, you get paid when you personally enroll a new member, or help others enroll new members at either the Platinum or Diamond level. The 3 additional ways to get paid: A. Wave Bonus a Wave Bonus is triggered each time someone enrolls at either the Platinum level ($120) or the Diamond level ($200). These bonuses are paid upline according to the Wave Bonus Description below. B. Wave Matching Bonus (4 levels) FoUNdation Team BONUS Legacy Team BONUS Level 1 Earn 50% match 50% Level 1 Earn 25% match 25% Level 2 Level 2 Level 3 Level 3 Level 4 Level 4 C. Super Match Bonus Wave Bonus Qualified members earn Super Match Bonuses when: a Legacy Match was earned by someone in his or her Foundation Team. 04

Autoship A Recurring Orders System for the Convenience of Our Members. This system is more extensive than typical autoship systems. It provides the capability to create, activate, and deactivate any number of order templates. For example, you can create a template for one set of Energy Enhancer patches shipped on the 3rd day of the month, and another template for one set of Silent Nights patches shipped on the 17th day of the month. 06
