Ihaveastrongrecordofsuccesswithregardtobuildingenrollment.Specifically,Iwasabletoincrease enrollmentatcollegeofthemainlandby19percentoverthepreviousyearafterexperiencingincreases ofonlyabouttwoorthreepercentpriortomyarrival.morerecently,whileoverallenrollmentinnorth CarolinaisdecliningIhavebeenabletoincreaseenrollmentbyeightpercent.Iengagedtheentire collegecommunity,revisedcollegeprocesses,alignededucationalandworkforcetrainingprograms,and updatedcollegestrategiestoaccomplishthisgoal.furthermore,atbothcollegeofthemainlandand RoanokeQChowanCommunityCollegeIprovidedtheleadershipthatledtothedevelopmentofOnQline and/orweekendcollegeinordertomakeobtainingahighqualitydegreeorcertificationmore convenientforstudentswhofinditdifficulttoattendtraditionalclasses. The annual enrollment is 900 curriculum and 1800 continuing education students.
