6 05 06 EXTENSIVE PORTFOLIO We have an extensive portfolio of computer facilities and smart buildings that support data processing and software development. In addition to buildings that were programmed and designed as new construction, several of these projects involved major renovations or the adaptive reuse of existing buildings. We were innovators in the use of fuel cells as the base source of power for a data center at the First National Technology Center in Omaha fuel cells that have been providing power at the center without interruption since the day they were energized. Today, our clients host, design, develop, or manufacture networking products that provide connectivity solutions for multiuse computing environments, local area networks and wide area networks. Our experience includes provision of microwave and satellite communications for video, data and voice transmissions to support regional and international data operations.

7 FEDERAL EXPERIENCE We are especially proud of our work in the Federal sector. Over the last decade, we have delivered several large, complex Federal project which included command and control centers containing extensive computing facilities served by fault tolerant and concurrently maintainable critical power systems and cooled by redundant and reliable HVAC systems. We have endorsed the Architecture 2030 Challenge, and all HDR projects are required to set goals for energy use reduction and water use reduction. Additionally, all projects utilize a sustainable design checklist and a sustainable QA/QC process to assure that goals are addressed during the design process.
