2 Sustainable Neighborhood Assessment Through the Sustainable Neighborhood Assessment Tool developed by Global future development in their communities to achieve high levels of environmental, a means to evaluate existing conditions and plans for Union Station, in order to identify opportunities to augment current revitalization efforts and develop recommendations to increase the neighborhood s overall level of sustainability. 6 The goal of the Sustainable Neighborhood Assessment process is to identify sustainable urban development over the short and long term. The objective Global Green USA utilizes the Sustainable Neighborhood Assessment Tool, the degree that it correlates to regional or local policy priorities, regulatory This initial assessment serves as the point of departure for the Global Green incorporate the team s visual observations and the contextual issues raised by This assessment process then enables the team to identify a series of neighborhood s sustainability.
