2 1 Web Access Prolia_J calculation program 1.1 Registration on Zollern WebInterface To use Zollern Web Interface, type into your Internet Explorer. 3 1.2 Installation of Citrix online plug-in (Web) The following steps are only necessary, if the Citrix Client-Software is not installed at your PC. If Citrix Client-Software is not installed on your pc, you will see after your registration on Web Interface the window Client Detection and Download. Follow the instructions on your screen to install the Citrix online plug-in. You need administrative privileges to install it on your PC. click on [Detect Clients] click on [Download] click on [Run] Erstelldatum: :27:00 Änd.-Datum: :11:00 Druckdatum: :11 Seite 3 von 7

4 click on [Run] If the installation was successful, click on button [Successful], otherwise click on [Failed]. Follow these steps, if the installation was successful: click on the yellow info bar to install the Add-On click on [Run] Erstelldatum: :27:00 Änd.-Datum: :11:00 Druckdatum: :11 Seite 4 von 7

5 if everything was successful, you should see the window Citrix Applications as pictured in section 1.3 Follow these steps, if the installation wasn t successful: If the installation of the citrix online plug-in failed and you have clicked on button [Failed], a new try starts to register you on Web Interface by Java Client. Depending on the settings of your Pop-up Blocker, you will see following window click on the yellow info bar on your Internet Explorer and then click on Allways Allow Pop-ups from this Site click on [Yes] if the installation was successful, you should see the window Citrix Applications as pictured as section 1.3 Erstelldatum: :27:00 Änd.-Datum: :11:00 Druckdatum: :11 Seite 5 von 7

6 1.3 Start of Prolia_J calculation program If the registration was successful, you will see the site Citrix Web Interface with the icon TS-Prolia_J as pictured on the following window. If you can t see the following window which includes the Citrix applications, but you will see the window Client Detection and Download as pictured in section 1.2, then the Citrix Client software isn t installed on your pc. In this Case install the Citrix online plug-in as described in section 1.2. click on button TS-Prolia_J to start the calculation program. (start window Prolia_J) If the program doesn t start and you receive a file to download, it looks like Citrix online plug-in (Web) is not installed. Install it first as described in 1.2.
